  I've never seen a store constantly out of everything and nothing organized or put where they should be. Cabinet bumpers in the cabinet aisle? No way. Let's out them in hardware and have half the bay empty of product. It's like this for everything. The 20 extra min to get to home depot is worth it.

  Placed an order on the 10th for next day delivery on the 11th. Still has not arrived after almost a week and website just says delayed. Contacted the store and was told there was nothing they could do (it was fulfilled by the store) and that they could not cancel the order. I asked to be transferred to a manager and the female hung up on me. Another item ordered on the 10th due to arrive on the 13th is also “delayed” but that one is with Fedex. I understand things happen but take some responsibility. Will stick with Amazon in the future because of Amazon’s customer service. Something Lowe’s is sadly lacking.

  I have been shopping this location since they opened. Very convenient on my lunch break. Last time I was in there, an old lady at the door stopped me. Searched my bag, spilling my merchandise on the floor. I had to ask her to pick it up since she was walking away from me. I then asked THREE times before she’d answer me why I was stopped. I supposedly was seen stealing. Obviously that person can’t see well and was incorrect. I never got an apology. I don’t mind AT ALL being stopped, I mind the way it was handled. So rude and incredibly unprofessional. I’ve never taken anything that wasnt mine and in the 60 yrs of my life, never been accused of it. I had to get back to work so tried calling the manager several times after I returned, zero response. I contacted corporate at that point. This was handled so poorly in every aspect. Hope it was worth losing a customer at that location.

  My wife was trying to buy a soldering iron. It was locked in a cage. She asked for help. Someone who worked there said they would get help and no one ever came. She got it out of the cage herself without help. The same person who said they would get her help said have a nice day after she purchased the soldering iron that she tore out of the locked cage. I guess thats how we should be doing things now. Never ask paid employees for help anymore. Lesson learned. Now she has come home with a soldering iron. It has no method of powering so she went to buy a battery and we still have no way of powering it. Had someone helped her we would have a functioning soldering iron i believe. Now she is very upset.

  I paid $1,240.92 through this store for a countertop installation (Work Order #39757871) and received the wrong product. I ordered Wilsonart "Sierra Cascade." Without reaching me first, the installer substituted a completely different, cooler-toned product, calling it his own "executive decision" in writing. He later admitted in text messages, unprompted, "I may have made a big mistake." The installer is Adam Walters with Rocketman Counters, LLC. That's a bad start. What's made this genuinely unacceptable is how Lowe's has handled it since. I contacted this store directly and spoke with the manager, who never followed up with me again despite repeated attempts on my part. Corporate customer support told me the installation matched their records and sent me right back to this same store, where I got nothing. I then went through Lowe's own claims process, submitted every photo and document they asked for, on time, and that process quietly went nowhere too. Most troubling: I've since obtained a document Lowe's submitted to my credit card company defending this charge. It includes a "Certificate of Completion" with a signature I do not believe is mine, and a written account from the installer claiming he showed me the two colors side by side and that I gave him a clear "thumbs up" to proceed. That's not an accurate picture of what happened. My actual text messages show the installer telling me he couldn't reach me and was making his own "executive decision" to substitute the product before I ever responded. When I did reply, it was a brief "I trust your judgement," based on phone photos I couldn't properly evaluate — not an informed, clear approval of a completely different product. Every other document tied to this project was properly e-signed with a verified digital audit trail. This one wasn't. I paid for a specific product, got a different one, was ignored by the store manager, and now find questionable paperwork being used to justify keeping my money. Do not trust this store to stand behind its own installations or to deal with you honestly when something goes wrong.
