  As a person who appreciates customer service, this has to be the worst place to find it. We were barely greeted. My husband and I are remodeling our kitchen and we’re looking for quite a lot, so we spent a lot of time looking around. Not once we were asked if we needed anything or if we could use their help. There was a man at the front desk the whole time and at least 3 sales people on the floor. They weren’t helping anyone. Just doing their own thing and ignoring customers. Once we left, we didn’t even get a simple “goodbye”. Luckily we took pictures of all we liked there and will be purchasing somewhere else.

  Ferguson's is a great place for all your plumbing products they have always been extremely helpful and as a trade professional I use them all the time

  Around the corner from the showroom is the parts desk and the gentleman there went above and beyond to help me find some cold and hot water stems I needed. A+ service!
