I understand you can’t have different address from your delivery than your id. This was my first time buying something from them I didn’t know. He cancel my order from different Aaron stores in Charleston. I was treated terrible for first time customer.

Every time I have called, the people I’ve spoken with have been rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. One of my most recent experiences was especially frustrating. I was trying to explain a situation regarding the payment card I had on file, and instead of listening and assisting me, the employee argued with me and spoke to me as though I was lying. There was absolutely no reason for that type of attitude or treatment toward a customer. Customer service should be about listening, communicating respectfully, and helping resolve issues—not arguing with customers or making them feel uncomfortable for simply asking questions. At this point, I have lost all confidence in this location and will no longer be doing business with them. I will continue making my remaining payments, but I will be handling them through another Aaron’s location. I will also be contacting corporate to make them aware of my experiences. I strongly encourage management to address the way customers are being treated at this location. The level of rudeness and unprofessionalism I have experienced is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this location.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
