    I wanted to order a window shade. Stood by the computer and waited. Asked an associate walking by if someone could come help me. Called the store and asked if someone could come help me. They paged overhead and no one ever came by. Left after 30 minutes of just standing there. They lost out on some money today as I'll now be forced to take my business elsewhere.

    Worst shopping experience ever. Paid for 10 bags of mulch. when I went out to pick it up the loading zone was closed and no one to help load. So I went to the pallets on the back side and loaded it myself and hurt my back. On the way to leave the parking lot was cut off by 2 Lowes employees who accused me of stealing it until I showed them my receipt. Considering a lawsuit for my back because no help was available and then to be accused of stealing is a deal breaker. Next time I will pay more at the local hardware store because they are always there to help. Done with Lowes!!!!

    We purchased subway tile at another Lowes for .78 cent a tile they did not have enough we looked on line and saw this Lowes had 420 in stock. We went to the service counter of the first lows and asked if they price match at other lowes they said they do and would. We drove an hour to this Lowe’s and they only had 230 tile we loaded them all up and when we checked out they would not price match their own company store. This is a poor policy and bad business. If you will price match another companies store why won’t you price match your own stores.

    I had had bad experiences at this Lowes for the last 25 months but my May 4th was the last straw and i will drive a little farther to a much better store. My wife and i needed help to understand stains so we asked a man name Dean for help. His response was he has a couple thing going first. He finally came over with a chip on his shoulder. When we asked questions he would roll his eyes when my wife asked him to explain. This man was not a young guy and had a awful attitude. When he turned i told him he need

    I bought a Whirlpool washer and dryer sets, paid for delivery and installation fee. I am very disappointed with the installation teams, brought the wrong prong, I had to wait and reschedule another time for installation. They came back to reinstalled, completed but now the dryer does not producing any heat at all after 2 hours later. The dryer doesn't work. I called customer service at Lowes in Boiling Spring, nobody know what to do, instead they passed me around to different AI. After 3 attemps to speak to a live person, they told me to call the manufacture Whirlpool, and that there's nothing else they can do. I'm very frustrated with poor service. I don't recommend this for anyone.
