Really is the worst Lowe's I've ever been to. Expect to wait in the Pro line for at least 15-20 minutes, outside trash cans are always overflowing, employees never offer to help or seem to care about the customer experience, just about every delivery I've had to my home from here gets inexplicably delayed or in some cases just lost. I dread having to come to this location and only do when I'm in a pinch.

I find Lowe's has far worse customer service than HD. Rarely is there an associate around to get an order placed or an item from the high racking when the shelves are empty (which they often are). Over 10 minutes on hold this morning with no human. It would roll to customer service and they would simply put me back on hold.
There is no HD near this Lowe's, but that is where I am headed to buy custom doors since they would not answer my call in millwork.
Maybe hire some people to provide service. I know it affects the Mangers' bonus, but...
