  I received an automated text three times warning me that three different alarms of theirs had low batteries. Our cleaners also told us that our other alarms were beeping which indicated a need to change of batteries but these alarms were installed by the builder. We were in Maine at our summer home so I called Southern Sentry and asked that they not only take care of their installed alarms but also the others. They came within two days and took care of everything and when I received the invoice, I pleasantly surprised to see how reasonable their charge was. I would highly recommend Southern Sentry to anyone looking for a First Class responsive alarm compony in the Beaufort area.

  I engaged Southern Sentry recently to install a security camera system to monitor my home’s exterior. Owners Stephanie and Matt Miller listened as I explained what was needed, and Anthony did the installation. All were extremely pleasant individuals who , showed up when promised, got me on the schedule quickly, and explained the camera functions. Anthony showed me how to a view the feed and otherwise utilize system features. This can be done using the website and also the app. Anthony returned in a timely manner to make a minor adjustment to one of the cameras, and the security afforded me by the system and a reliable company definitely improved my level and sense of security. Pricing is competitive and I was not subjected to high-pressure sales tactics, which I really appreciated. Matt did discuss several additional options that I might want to add to the system eventually, and this was also attractive to me. I definitely recommend Southern Sentry and hope that you will consider calling the company to discuss your security needs.

  Southern Sentry did a great job during our remolding of our MB and closet. They came before the demolition and moved the main unit and then after the closet was finished they returned and installed a new unit which uses the internet to communicate with Dataw’s Security. No more phone line and costs. They also installed heat sensors in our garage and attic which give us added protection. The people working for Southern Sentry were friendly, professional and neat. I highly recommend Southern Sentry for your security needs. James Fargher
