    We purchase lots and lots of appliances from this store in our line of business. This is the poorest delivery system with zero respect for customer service. The delivery people don't care one bit about their job and when I call Lowes (have called at least 6 times to speak to a manager) they are no help either. The last commercial rep I talked to literally laughed and said "we feel your frustration; we have to deal with them too". DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!! I guess you all feel like because you're the only game in town with appliances that you can get the business without supplying good service.

    Beaufort Lowes delivery service is THE WORST. Driver give no prior notice of delivery time, then call when at location and leave before anyone can get to the property. Lowes Store is no help they say yes we do have problems with the outside delivery service. Here's an idea fire them and find someone reliable.!!!

    Shout out to Evan! You were kind, confident and willing to assist. Ive had several good people but…there are a few not so welcoming persons there. I would say they act as though its a problem to have to help you. One in particular was a short dark haired lady-hope she becomes grateful to help customers and clients. Also had a nice experience at the customer service desk-a lovely cocoa gentleman in his 30’s. Helpful and quick..

    The employees are wonderful. The issue is not having help getting things loaded. It doesn't matter if it is pine needles or lumber. It doesn't matter if it's Monday afternoon or Saturday morning you can sit and wait 30-45 minutes on someone to come help get you loaded after you pay. That is ridiculous. Lowes should do better!!

    On 4/28/2026 placed on online order for 60 landscape bricks at 11:30 am. Then I waited til 5 pm and no emails saying my order was ready. So I called and was told it should have been done 2 1/2 hours prior. Associate said he will get order ready and call me back. At 7:30pm I received a call saying order was ready for pick up. Told associate I would be by in morning 4/29/26. Get to the store and get my pick up sheet and drive to loading area and no one knew where my bricks were. After over 2hours of waiting and dealing with manager who is trying to source the bricks from the Bluffton store. He instructed the associate to call Bluffton and find out if they have the bricks. Waited another 45 mins and no communication from the associate about my bricks. I eventually tracked down the associate and asked what was up? He said still waiting and gave me the impression that I was bothering or troubling him with my issue. I then proceeded to find the manager and told him I am not waiting any longer and that I was going home. I gave him my contact information and I am now waiting to see if he can get this sorted out. How much is 2 full days of your time worth?
