  This is long overdue. I can confidently say that Manager Char is one of the best individuals I have ever encountered in the storage industry, and I have used several storage facilities in different states throughout my career. If I could give her a million stars, I absolutely would. What impressed me most was her genuine willingness to help. She took the time to listen carefully to my needs instead of simply trying to place me in a unit for the sake of making a profit. Her honesty, character, and integrity are qualities that cannot be bought, and they made a tremendous difference in my experience. Manager Char went above and beyond to ensure I received the right solution for my situation. Because of the exceptional service she provided, I felt confident enough to recommend AAA Storage City to my brother, who subsequently rented a unit there as well. AAA Storage City is truly fortunate to have someone like Char representing the company. She exemplifies what outstanding customer service should look like—professional, caring, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage facility where customers are treated with respect and genuine care.

  Location was where I needed it. Charlotte and Breanna were great!! Can’t say enough good things about out them. But I would give 3.5 stars. Because at least once a month… sometimes twice a month for DAYS the gate would break and be open all day and night. Quite a few times for a week or a little longer. And since I’m a local I know what road backs up to this property. At times I was worried because my unit had wall to wall Dewalt everything. Plus my wife’s cleaning and boat detailing equipment. I know completely not on the Ladies in the office. But to the owners it makes us all a little nervous when we pay for secured storage and we don’t receive that service all the time. The right thing to do is give a discount or hire a temp guard. That’s what they do in other facilities we’ve rented from. We are no longer here so not my issue anymore. I think the owners could do better. Especially since they went up on rent twice in the 7-8 months I was there. In that time the gate broke at least 10-12 times. The last time a guy was trapped inside and we had to call the fire department to get him out. I’m just being honest. I pay the same thing here as what I pay somewhere else for inside climate controlled for the same size. Thanks to Charlotte and Breanna. Y’all are great.

  I went there recently to inquire about a unit and the lady Shacola who was working was very helpful. She had all the information that I needed and thanks to her I was able to get my unit that same day with no hassle.

  Charlotte and Breanna were extremely efficient and explained all the details. Always very pleasant and helpful. The storage facility itself is clean and bright.

  The BEST storage facility in Beaufort! The customer service is wonderful (thank you Breana) and I just know my things are in great hands!
