However, I was charged $20.41 before tax and $21.84 total. The receipt shows that the 90% discount was not applied as expected based on the regular prices shown on the products. I would appreciate clarification about how this promotion was calculated, because the amount charged does not match the advertised 90% discount. - RRrillAug 13, 20261.0I visited the store on 8/12 between hours of 5pm and 730pm. I love Hobby Lobby because of the peaceful environment and always enjoy my trips there. This past time, there were 4 young female employees who were all hanging out on a particular aisle that I was interested in looking at, as it was the reason for my trip. I got about 2 aisles over from them and heard them being really loud, raising their voices, laughing obnoxiously. Which is fine except this went on for an extended amount of time to the point where I could not even communicate with the person with me over their volume. I walk onto the aisle they are on to look at what I came there for, theres two workers directly to the left of me and two workers directly to the right of me. To my surprise, they kept right on hollering to each other and cutting up with me between the group of workers and did not care to share the aisle they were “working” on so I could look. I left immediately after. Then one of the girls cuts the corner and almost bumps me, laughs and just looks at me. I asked her to pay attention to her job. No excuse me, no im sorry about that, no courtesy to even move aside to let me look, even though they were doing nothing but horsing around. Not professional.
