- BDBrandon DewittAug 30, 20261.0These review is for the Anderson SC location only not for the company as a hole and I’m not one to leave a review but how I was done is not right. I have other items in my house I have gotten from Here and paid off but I find my self in need of a new stove and couch so I went to Aaron’s and I was able to get everything I was in need of and everything was good in till I decided I wanted to return the couch because it was un comfortable so I called in on a Monday and they told me they would pick it up that Saturday and a day or so later I get a call saying I would need to make a payment on the couch before they would pick it up and that didn’t seem right but I didn’t say anything so Saturday rolls around and one guy shows up and knocks on my door and say he is there because I need to make a payment and I know that already so I asked how much and he had to call the manager to find out witch is 100 percent cool and then jimmy the manger gets on the phone and let me tell you everything went to hell then. He informed me that if I don’t pay the past due on the couch and the stove he was just going to take everthing and I was like well I have no problem at all bring the stove up to good standing but the couch I don’t see that point in doing that because if I pay you going to pick it up because I don’t won’t it but if I don’t pay you going to pick it for none payment so I said you can have the couch and I was being the stove up to good standing and he said no I’m not going to lose money you have give me the amount that he said is needed or I am getting everything there because I am not doing these with you. I will say I was a little bit behind but evething was set up on auto pay but someone how the couch gotten taken off of it but with that being said the week before that they pulled a payment but for some reason they chose not to pull the amount they needed to bring everthing up to good standing with them witch didn’t make no sense to me so long store short I am not without a stove to because Mrs jimmy the manger has to have everything his way and just a side note about a year or two ago we got in to it because after I made a payment for something to be delivered that day he called me at the time it was supposed to be delivered and said he pulled me from the schedule for that delivery and would have to reschedule with no reading and when I try to talk to him about it. He got a attitude and hung up on me and when I went up there to talk to him right after that. He told me he was going to call the cops and get me trespass if I didn’t leave right then and there and then someone in the store called my wife and told her she better make me leave before I got to jail and keep in mind I never threatened him or anything. I just wanted to know why stuff was being done the way it was so yeah I would highly recommend not going to these locations less you plan on doing everthing they want you to do when they say to do it and how they want it done.

Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
