However, after explaining the termite pretreatment we needed to William, he continued to argue instead of understanding the situation and then hung up on me, so I am now reconsidering doing business with them and whether they are as knowledgeable as I once believed.

He is so nice and asked what we needed before he explained what all he was going to do and how the process works. Any questions we had, he had answers! It was the second time he's helped us, first was a quick fix for spiders in a home we were having removed and this visit was to set up service for our new home. I HIGHLY recommend Ronnie and Aiken Pest Control! We are truly grateful we get to have Ronnie as our protector from the big bad bugs!!
