We would highly recommend Aiken Pest Control. The builder used them for our new home construction, and they handle our termite contract. In addition, we recently had William Sojo and his crew install two sump pumps and a new 20 mil vapor barrier in our crawlspace . His team (Gabe, Rena, Rafa, Jason, Adrian, Gio, Marco, Imber and Yordin) did a fantastic job! You could eat dinner under the house, it looks so nice! Any time I have been in contact with Aiken Pest Control employees, whether in person or on the phone, I have been impressed with their professionalism and kindness.

Dale was prompt, professional, & courteous. We explained to Dale the issues we were having with pests around our property. Dale instantly treated our property insuring we’d get quick results. Well, he was right within a week we got the results that we were looking for. Thank you Dale!

The technician walked through the house with me asking me to point out problem areas. Took his time and was thorough while spraying. Explained what he was doing and why as well as how this action would resolve my pest issue.

Mauricio was here to assist with summer ants. Answered all of my questions about why this summer was so different from other summers with no ants. He addressed my concerns about the impact on pets. As a surprise, he cleaned off all the cobwebs surrounding the outside lights (😳) before treating the exterior of the house. Very professional, friendly, easy to work with. Look forward to working with him in the future.

I spoke with Kim over the telephone regarding a serious issue I’m experiencing with ants in my home, including the fact that they are doing some major damage to my feet, legs and even my hands. Aiken Pest Control always comes every 3 months-& She was kind, courteous, polite, professional, and empathetic when addressing my issues and concerns regarding getting them here to address the problem ASAP, which I greatly appreciate! She possesses excellent communication skills, and seemed to truly care! Nothing has been done just yet, but I understand someone will be here tomorrow to help. (I’m literally afraid to sit on my couch right now. I cannot be here tomorrow due to work, however, I have a very very trustworthy friend to stand in for me if I have can’t get out of work. Ugh I suggest boric acid, as it is my understanding is that the workers will carry it back to the to a sxpiiaround
