  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review for Riken Pools From the very first time we met Rick, we knew Riken Pools was the company we wanted to install our pool. We had a challenging yard, and our original choice of pool and location was going to be difficult. After talking everything through with Rick, we ended up choosing a different location and we couldn’t be happier that we did. We were also deciding between a 16-foot and 18-foot round pool, and Rick recommended the 16-foot option so we would have more room around the pool for walking and pool furniture. It ended up being the perfect choice. We started the project in September 2025. We knew we wouldn’t be swimming that season, but Rick mentioned it was worth waiting to allow the ground around the pool to settle before completing the surrounding work. Fast forward to May 2026, we began preparing for the pavers around the pool. Once the pavers were installed and completed, Rick and his team were at our house the very next day, and the preparation, liner installation, and filling of the pool were completed in just two days! Their communication and professionalism throughout the entire process were outstanding. We did our homework and shopped around with several other pool companies, but we felt the most comfortable with Rick from the beginning. He was upfront, honest, and never made us feel pressured. He took the time to explain our options and helped us find different ways to make our vision a reality. We’ve now been able to enjoy our own little piece of paradise for a couple of months, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. And the great experience didn’t stop with the installation. Kirsten at the shop has been extremely helpful, along with the other employees at the shop. Nick from the pool school has been fantastic as well as he explained the pool, the filter, terminology and always a text away with any questions! Everyone we’ve dealt with has been friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. If you’re considering a pool, we highly recommend Riken Pools. From start to finish, they exceeded our expectations. 5 stars all around! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  By far the best experience I’ve had with any pool company. This was my first encounter with Riken. Dr. Nick and Myles were professional, kind, and repaired my issue within minutes. I highly recommend them and will continue to have them service my pool needs. Thank you Nick and Myles.

  The owner of the store helped me beyond anyone should’ve. I went to other places and they were rude. Rikken Pools Is by far the best place to get pool supplies if you have a problem, they have no issue helping you with it. I needed a lateral assembly and he tried to make one for me In the end, I have a pool All summer because of him. I’m grateful

  Riken Pool was hired to install our new pool and provided the accessories and instructions for closing it at the end of the season. Those instructions included plugging both the filter and return water openings. During the winter, water froze inside the filter area and expanded. The resulting pressure caused the pool wall to compress and separate from the top rail. When I contacted Riken Pool and asked them to inspect the damage and determine whether the pool could be repaired, I was told the issue resulted from the cover's liner strap being placed underneath the filter. However, that was not how the cover had been installed. Seeking a second opinion, I consulted another pool professional who concluded that the damage was caused by plugging the filter and return openings, which prevented excess water from draining properly during freeze-thaw conditions. I am sharing this experience not only to inform potential customers, but also because I was disappointed by what I perceived as an unwillingness to accept responsibility or fully investigate the cause of the damage. I encourage anyone purchasing a pool to carefully review winterization procedures and seek multiple opinions if problems arise.
