This company is not very upfront and honest about their pricing and when it will increase and by how much.
After three months at a very reasonable price they sent me a post card saying the rent is being doubled, not a slight increase, doubled.
I am lucky, I have pickup truck and some free time, I was able to move out and not get gouged by the predatory pricing, but I sympathize for the people who would have to pay a mover to relocate. They would Bs trapped.
No way to run a business, leaving a Walker of unhappy people.

For the smallet storage, it started off at about $75 a month and thenthe price kept going up all the time without any notice. By the end of it all the price had more than doubled!!! Not worth it at all… since I had auto payment on I never noticed the price increase and when I did I cleared it out and returned it.
