After a very frustrating experience, he took the time to listen, understood our concerns, and made sure everything was handled professionally.   Sales person, Beth, was amazing and responsive. She showed us all of our choices. She gave us time to think about our options. And she reached out to check in on us afterwards. However, there was no help loading purchase into our truck. No help getting it out of the store. And Customer Service was less than helpful after the purchase was made. We are still waiting on a custom order delivery of our couch. Hopefully that goes well.

  I must highlight my life changing experience with the amazing Shannon. She was so knowledgeable about mattresses and helped me to fully understand each type and point me in the right direction. Sleep quality is life quality and she emphasized that. She also checked and made sure the mattress would be available from the warehouse and it was promptly delivered the next day. What a great service!! Mattress shopping is so stressful I typically try to put it off as long as possible. Shannon made this trip so painless and easy. I feel very relieved. Thank you!!

  I wasn’t sure what to expect when I went into the store. They have beautiful furniture. Everything is set up to perfection. The sales person that I had was wonderful. If you get a chance to go to that particular store in Warwick, Rhode Island in the mall plaza, ask for Shawn Cundy. He made me feel so comfortable. After a couple of minutes, it felt like he was a family member. It was a great experience shopping for furniture at Raymour & Flanigan. I highly recommend it!
