  Sergio was great with helping us find the perfect couch. He was not pushy at all and gave us space while my husband and I walked around and tried couches. He was helpful with giving us a tape measure and speaking with us on customizing the couch we were interested in. We went home and measured the space and got back in contact the next day with Sergio. He got everything set up and double checked to make sure all custom pieces were correct. He spoke to us about the protection package and the delivery options. He was very friendly and was very knowledgeable with any question we had. We highly recommend and had a great experience.

  Shawn Cundy was our salesperson and spent a great deal of time trying to help us find the right mattress. He is by far the best salesperson that we have ever had anywhere! No pressure, great conversations along the way, very knowledgeable about the products , fair price at the end and just a great human! Great experience.

  I came in needing a bedroom set but not knowing what I wanted. Sergio Encinas walked me through the store and we figured out what I liked and didn’t like. He helped me build my bedroom set and walked me through every feature from drawer handles to finish. Sergio was kind, patient, and not pushy. He provided guidance on how to donate my old furniture. Overall it was a great experience.

  I contacted a Raymour and Flangan Store and got this nice person Azza. I was looking for a new mattress and knew what I wanted from a friend who was very satisfied with her purchase from R&M. Unfortunately the one I wanted was no longer available. So she reached out to the Warwick store and a gentleman named Felix. Felix contacted me and we made an appointment for today. He even offered to come in on his day off to assist. I met with him today and assisted me in purchasing the mattress that I wanted what was the new version. Felix and the staff at that store were extremely professional very kind and it was certainly appreciated. He and Azza made the purchasing process very easy and simple and I would definitely do business and recommend Raymour and Flanigan.

  Recently, we purchased a new sofa. Our consultant, Shawn C., was wonderful. He showed us several options, which helped us to make the best selection for our home. When I asked about where the sofa was manufactured, he thoroughly explained the entire process of how the sofa was constructed. We even learned about the origins of the fabric and about how the choice of wood affects the quality of construction. It was very interesting! Shawn was very personable, patient and knowledgeable. We never felt pressured because he was so easygoing and pleasant. The entire experience was enjoyable! Thank you to Shawn!
