  Shawn Cundy was one of the best sales persons I have ever dealt with refurnishing our bedroom set and new living room couch. He had a great energy was to the point felt like he listened didn’t push us into something. It was one of the most relaxing purchases we have ever made. Definitely will go back when we are ready for a new upgrade.

  Shawn was lovely to deal with. From the moment we walked in he greated me explained where I could find what I went in for and then preceded to leave us alone until we were ready for him with a ton of questions. He was personable and friendly. The way a salesman should be!

  I was prepared to give five stars based on the helpfulness initially of the sales person at Raymour and Flanigan. However, because I bought the furniture on sale, the sales person hooked me up with a fly-by-night delivery company for the furniture delivery as Raymour and Flanigan will not deliver it themselves if you buy it on sale. The salesman had asked that I contact him to let him know how the delivery went and when I did so his response was too bad sorry that happened. He did not take any responsibility for arranging this company to deliver my things nor did he suggest any sort of credit there were also some sketchy charges added for mattresses, which were supposedly Rhode Island law, but not sure the charges were legitimate as there was no written info, nor were they posted anywhere in the bedding department

  Shawn helped us find and purchase a couch we loved. He was a great help and was super patient and friendly in helping my girlfriend and I purchase our first couch. The staff in general were also super welcoming and very accommodating. I’ll definitely continue to shop here in the future!

  My wife and I recently purchased a couch from Raymour and Flanigan and had a really great experience from start to finish. Our salesman, Craig Donaruma, was wonderful to work with—friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly, never pushy. He gave us the space to look around and make our own decision, while still being available to answer questions and offer helpful guidance when we needed it. What stood out the most was how he genuinely worked with us to find the right deal. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and made sure we were comfortable with both the product and the price. It felt like he had our best interest in mind, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We’re very happy with our new couch and truly appreciate the excellent customer service. Thanks again Craig, highly recommend!
