  The customer service at the outlet store and the regular store in Warwick was excellent. Non pushy but informative and patient with us. Completed the purchase because of it. Thank you

  Was pleasantly greeted by Arianna. She efficiently helped us with selecting a new mattress. We tried four different models after discussing what we were looking for. Arianna was patient and informative about the different mattresses. We were very pleased with our visit.

  Just awful! Zero if I could. They delivered stained furniture and said it was my fault for excepting it, this was the light coloured Harrington. It obviously never went through several steps of quality assurance. I asked the driver if it was normal and he said yes. R&F took that set back because it was so badly stained but let me know it was my fault for excepting it. I couldn't get a refund and didn't want to go through that again. So, I chose the Everett and it is so firm you can't sit on it without causing discomfort. I had asked the sales rep. if the set I would receive would be the same as the one in the store, softer or firmer. He told me the set in the store was fairly new and that mine would be the same. NOT... Asked the driver if the back of seat pillow being crooked is normal and he said yes. Again, drivers ran out the door in a minute before you could sit on or look over the furniture. This set is dangerous for children and the elderly. There is a thin piece of fabric over the wood on the arm rests and console of the love seat. Don't be an inch off or you can hurt yourself. You can't rest your arms, legs or head on these areas. The back of one seat doesn't line up with the others. The seat in the middle of sofa is raised higher than the 2 recliners making it impossible to lay on. Management doesn't care and blamed me again. The manager said they couldn't help me as they had to absorb the cost of the first one. Again, it was my fault. Reaching someone in management at their "customer care center" is impossible. I have been waiting 12 days for someone to call me back. E mails keep saying someone will but that never happens. Dangerous product, misleading consumers and ignoring customers is not good honest business. Go somewhere else and stay away from these sets and store! They also didn't post my negative review about The Everitt on their website. So, when you look at the reviews about it, like I did, you see it has great reviews. To Christine (owner) a resolution that worked for me was not reached!

  We were disappointed at the lack of manual recliners in the store. Ended up going to the Outlet where they had a few manual recliners but it really is a limited selection. Bought a pair but they haven’t been delivered so I can’t comment on the quality yet.
