Lowe's in Rhode Island 🏝 hours are Monday-Saturday 6am-10pm and Sunday 8am-8pm. Other Lowe's stores are open Monday-Saturday 6am-10pm and Sunday 7am-8pm.

Terrible experience with 'Same day delivery'. I ordered a delivery at 6:00 in the morning Wednesday. I cleared my day because I was told the delivery would be between 8am to 8pm. I waited around all day, with no updates being provided on the order. At 5pm, I received an email stating my Same Day order would not be delivered until the next day. I was told again to be available between 8-8. After hearing nothing by Thursday at 11:00, I called and after waiting to speak to a rep, was told the order may have been too big for the third party delivery person and someone would call me within the next 24 hours to give me a status update. So best case, my Same Day Delivery would be 3 days of me waiting around between the hours of 8am to 8pm.
I cancelled the order and will be bringing my business to Home Depot.

If you are in need of a miserable day, this is the place you want to go. Staff is unfriendly, not so willing to help, but if they do, they act like you just interrupted their entire day. Not a place for pleasant shopping.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
