The sales people were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I do not usually give 5 stars right away and I will see how the process goes. However, Brian was there to walk us through everything from the style to the fabric, pointing out the features that would be appropriate For our needs. Brian made the process simple, easy and very satisfying. We were in and out in less than 40 minutes.

When my husband sat in it he discovered that the power head rest did not work. He called La-Z-Boy and informed them of the issue. They said a technician could come out in a couple of weeks to check it. The technician did come 2 weeks later and said that the motor was broken and had to be replaced. He was going to order it but it would be another couple weeks for it to come in and then installed. This is rather disappointing for a brand new chair that has never been used.
