I had such a wonderful experience renting my storage unit, and I especially want to recognize the two employees (Rich & Anthony) who helped me during my move. They truly went above and beyond.
From the moment I arrived, they made the entire sign-up process incredibly easy and stress-free. I was there with movers and still needed to finish my paperwork, and instead of making everyone wait, they immediately stepped in to help coordinate with the movers and get them started. Their initiative fast-tracked the entire move and saved us a tremendous amount of time.
What impressed me most was how genuinely helpful, professional, and accommodating they were. They anticipated what needed to be done and jumped in without hesitation. Moving and dealing with storage can be stressful, but they made the experience seamless.
These are exactly the kind of employees a company should recognize and value. Their customer service was exceptional, and they made a lasting impression on me. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend this location because of them. Thank you both for making my move so much easier!
