- JHJennifer HollandJul 25, 20261.0Terrible experience. We scheduled a tree removal after an estimate and set a date for the work. We coordinated other work around that date. When they didn’t show I called and they said they would have to reschedule but couldn’t give me a date. When I talked to the owner on the phone he was rude when I started to ask questions. Eventually they said they had to lease/rent the truck they needed to take down the tree and it was being repaired. I question a company that has to rent its equipment. Communication was terrible, customer serve terrible. Stay away!!
