- AAAnonymous2 days ago5.0Sam and Paul are great. The facility is very clean and secure. There are 2 closed gates that only open from keypads. There is also a fence around the entire property. They have a lot of parking for RVs, cars, and boats. I always feel safe going there. The keypads are also bluetooth compatible so you can open the gates and doors from the mobile app!

I was able to text directly and he always answered, even during off business hours. Very helpful. It was a smooth process to move in and out. I would absolutely rent with them again!

- ETEmrys TGAPMay 2, 20264.0I want to review this storage unit facilities in two parts- the staff, and the price. First off the staff are phenomenal. Sam and Paul have been incredibly kind, courteous and helpful with every inquiry I've had, no matter how strange or technical. When I've had issues with the app or my entry code, Sam has helped me. When I had trouble navigating the facility due to water from a storm, Paul was helpful and guided me with the security cameras to see where I was. They are the type of customer service workers you WANT to hire and work with. Unfortunately now we get to price. Like may corporate facilities, they have rate increases. These rate increases more than doubled the cost of my unit, making it quite literally cheaper to pay movers to get my belongings and move to an entirely different facility miles away. In the past Extra Space Storage has allowed for some negotiation for existing clients. Unfortunately management somewhere in the corporate later has changed, and no longer values good tenants of their units. They would rather turn a quick buck and kick you out the door, and in this economy I have no reason to be loyal to a company that has no loyalty to it's customers. For the reason of pricing and pricing alone, I'll be moving to the competitor Public Storage, or U haul, both of whom have a lower rate and equivalent storage. Extra Space take note- you are driving away good and content customers with your greed.
