  This laundromat’s customer service is absolutely horrific. I called to notify them that they lost a pair of my socks because I ended up with an odd amount of socks. The woman flipped out on me and told me that they don’t lose clothes. I never put uneven amounts of socks in my dirty laundry. I always put them by the pair. I was going to become a really good customer to this place and I paid good money to have them do my clothes for me. The fact that she refused to accept responsibility and basically cussed me out is unacceptable. I even complimented them and told them they did a great job with the laundry. I just wanted to tell them I expect that I receive all my socks. I had to switch from my previous laundromat because they lost a bunch. I would not recommend this place whatsoever. The woman who I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude and aggressive. The sad thing is, I still would have went back because they did an excellent job with the clothes. However, the woman I spoke to was far too rude and disrespectful. I wouldn’t dare go back to this establishment.

  Employee cleaning out dryer vents while patrons clothes are in the dryer causing the dryer to stop that is unacceptable due to the dryers having to be stopped. I come here early mornings once a week and this is what she does every time! Sometimes hung needs to be said about her doing that!

  Ever again going here. Washing machines $18!!!!!! That’s insane. $20 washing machines?????? Never ever again
