She then said she would look into things and see what could be done to help me. I wasn't expecting a response until Friday when I planned to call back. Instead of me having to wait until Friday Liz took it upon herself to call me back today and made great effort to help me which kept me from having to close my storage unit account! I am very happy with the customer service I got today, Liz was great help and very attentive!
