  Our sales person was Candice Mota. She was a great listener and hooked us up with the perfect hot tub, meeting all our needs. She was also extremely helpful after the sale and delivery. She was always available for any questions we had and guided us through set-up! The delivery team also could not have been more professional! What a great experience! We love our new hot tub!

  We started our quest for a hot tub for our new home last fall (2025). We were window shopping and went into the Cranston RI showroom. We were warmly greeted by Candice and spent several hours there with her. She is very knowledgeable and answered all our curious questions, none too crazy for her to give us her full attention and answers. And wow, we put an order with her for a tub! Candice has been with us the whole way as we entered this journey, connecting us with folks who put in the slab we needed, recommending electricians, and ALWAYS answering our calls. She has pleasantly guided us as we learn to take care of this beautiful tub. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Your company is so lucky to have her as part of your team! We love our daily time in this tub!!

  The service I received from Candice at Mainely Tubs was and continues to be outstanding! On Sunday, I had a wet test in the swimspas, and tried out one of the saunas. I had a blast. Candice answered all my questions and provided me with informational links. I cannot express enough just how wonderful Candice is. Someone I now consider a friend. Thank you so much!

  During an Arctic blast my hot tub blower would not shut off. It was after 9pm and I was concerned about leaving it on all night but more concerned with shutting off the power to stop the blower but possibly freezing the mechanical parts. I found an after hours service number and left a message. Within 30 min Max Porter called. He explained exactly what to do and arranged a service call for the following day. I got a call first thing in the morning. I forgot her name (sorry about that) but she was excellent. By 11am I had a service person, Sam, at my house and was good to go by noon with everything clearly explained and a pathway to a fix which made total sense. This is what service excellence really is and a team coordination perfectly executed. That is the second time I’ve used Mainely Tubs - once for a purchase and the other a service call. Both have been great experiences! Thank you!!

  Our experience with Mainely Tubs was excellent! We loved working with Candice, she was very helpful and didn't try to upsell us. We got exactly what we wanted. We have a gorgeous salt water hot tub and we love it! The only thing we are extremely disappointed with is we are not allowed to purchase our replacement salt water cartridge's - that are the same exact brand (FreshWater)- from Amazon so they can be sent to us with our other monthly items at a discounted percentage price. They force you to purchase them from them at a higher price or they revoke the warranty. To be honest, even though, my experience was great, if I had been told this at the beginning, I would have gone elsewhere to purchase a hot tub.
