  Everything I asked Juan at J & G to do, they did very efficiently. They created two paths and one patio. One path leads to the shed cement slab that he poured in the spring and one pathway that leads from existing concrete walkways to the macadam driveway. A mix of old and new. The crew removed the top of a boulder to yield a uniform pathway from walkway to driveway. They leveled an existing concrete slab at the side door and dugout and replaced soil with another surface material and vibrated compact and smooth. My wife and I are pleased with the results. I would highly recommend his work.

  We have been working with J and G Masonry for several years now, and they have done an excellent job with every project. They rebuilt our front steps and walkway with gorgeous bluestone, laid riverstone on a challenging slope below our deck, replaced our front lawn, and helped with several maintenance tasks. We have hired them repeatedly because they are dependable and their attention to detail is terrific. I highly recommend them for any landscaping or masonry work.

  We had a great experience working with J&G Masonry and would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering a new patio or hardscape project. Our project involved removing an old, uneven patio and timber border, rebuilding and properly preparing the base, installing a completely new paver patio, incorporating a contrasting border and custom circular fire pit area, and carefully working around the footings and posts for a new gazebo. From start to finish, J&G was professional, responsive, and dependable. What impressed us most was the quality of the craftsmanship. The attention to detail in the layout, cuts, transitions, circle design, and overall finish really showed. They also worked with us throughout the project as plans evolved, including pausing at the right time so we could install the gazebo before they completed the final paver work around the posts. They showed up when they said they would, worked efficiently, kept us informed, and clearly took pride in the finished product. The final patio came out even better than we had envisioned and completely transformed the backyard. If you are looking for a masonry or paver contractor who combines professionalism, timeliness, fair communication, and high-quality craftsmanship, I would highly recommend J&G Masonry. Five stars.

  Very fair price and the workmanship was phenomenal. Very hard working crew and easy to deal with. It was one of the hottest days of the year, and these guys just kept going!
