We had a Mama skunk and 7 kits take up residence under the concrete walkway of our in-ground pool. The office staff was responsive and had a team member at our property the same day we called. Tom, was the technician and at our property the next day to set traps. Tom was professional, courteous, and knew how to get the job done. We would highly recommend their services.

Responded and mobilized very quickly. Issue was resolved quickly and for a good price. The pest guarding they installed has held up and been effective at keeping the pests out. Would use again in a heartbeat.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS (which exceeded Google's character limit) ARE IN MY YELP REVIEW FOR THIS BUSINESS THIS IS A FOLLOW UP TO THAT REVIEW.
UPDATE 05/22/26
The business owner called me 2 minutes after I posted my review. He apologized for the unclear billing documentation, but still didn't tell me the cost of the gutter guards (it was lumped with another service, and no breakdown was provided). He said he would send me copies of the signed contracts. He sent a contract for bi-monthly service, and a contract for the extermination and gutter guard work (with no price breakdown...only the total price). The customer's signature was not on either contract. Client contact info was there, and a handwritten list of services with a total cost, and the company rep signature. No customer signature. The owner apparently was unable to provide written documentation of a signed contract for the work.
The customer provided a credit card number at the time of the initial inspection. The full charge for all services was run through the credit card on the same day, prior to any services being provided, nor a contract for service being signed. The services were completed the following day.
I reminded the owner that no photos were provided of the inspection showing the ants or the clogged gutters being infested with ants to justify the need for gutter guards. Also, no before and after photos were provided when the work was completed. The owner stated that the customer had a serious infestation of carpenter ants, and that they had many photos. He asked me if I wanted him to send them to me. I declined at the time, although I heard the owner call out to someone to "send them all the photos". However, I changed my mind and recontacted the company by reply email and requested the photos. Two photos were sent to the customer (not to me directly). Neither photo showed actual insects, though I assume the photos were showing some kind of insect damage. No photos were provided of the gutters at all. No documentation that the gutters were the source of the problem.
I RECOMMEND NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I find their business practices to be questionable, and I know the customer (my elderly family member) definitely believes she was upsold and taken advantage of. If any action takes place to cause me to change my recommendation, I will gladly post another update here.
