- MMMichael McGovern6 days ago5.0I can't imagine a better or more professional experience. Kirk, the field inspector, explained the job clearly, and the price he gave us was the price we paid. No surprises once the work started. The appointment was set up within a few days, and the technicians -- Rob, JJ and John -- did a terrific job. They were efficient, thorough and cleaned up when finished. They couldn't have been more friendly and personable. I can't recommend Rapid Response highly enough.

The 2 technicians came to her farm and only sprayed for bugs that was not requested and only placed 3 rat plastic traps which you can buy for $20 at your local hardware. These traps have been totally ineffective. Than they charged $325 and they took her cash and gave no receipt ! Most likely the cash was just pocketed by the technicians. Will never use these elderly abusers again !

We changed services to Rapid Response and couldn't be happier. They come in, do their thing, are friendly, very helpful with some of our pest control issues, and they finish. We are very comfortable with them and are very happy with our service! We would definitely recommend them.
