  Absolutely fed up with this company, I’ll be cancelling service. Tired of being called and told they are coming out to treat for my mosquito and flea&tick apps, then no one shows up or calls to let me know they aren't coming. I would avoid this company at all costs, all they do is take your money and flee. This has been a continuing issues for the past few weeks, ill be going back to TruGreen.

  Very unprofessional and scam of a business. They put you on an auto-pay system then never show to do what they charged you for, or they wait weeks until you keep calling before they come out. They have done numerous no call - no shows but still charged me. I’ve been waiting almost three and half weeks now for my treatment, which still hasn’t been done but I’ve been charged for it twice now.

  Naturalawn is by far the absolute Best lawn service I have ever used. My lawn was full of weeds and within months and 4 treatments(Yes 4) this Spring it is green and lush. Although there are “some” stubborn weeds of course still working on eliminating like those darn violets but NOTHING like last year. Nathan Becker is knowledgeable, takes my call “whenever” I have a question and is always willing to come back if needed. I’ve used others and they are NOT gracious like Naturalawn. For many you are just a number on their stops that day. GREAT COMPANY and when you call; the staff is friendly and kind which also is a rarity today.

  I am very pleased with my first treatment.. Kept up to date with what they treated the lawn with and what the bill will be. Glad I pick this company.

  This company delivers amazing results. I had Tru Green twice for a total of about eight years, lawn Doctor once for about two years, and Weedman for 2 years. Despite that, the yard looked OK sometimes and terrible others. I have not even been with this company for one full year yet, and the results are simply incredible. My yard has never looked this good. It is greener and thicker than it’s ever been. There is no longer this brown undercoat peeing through. The weeds have been reduced 95%. And where I had bald patches, even under my black walnut, they now have grass growing. They might be a little more expensive than the other run-of-the-mill companies, but the results are worth every penny.
