Excuses and "getting a bad situation over and done with as quickly as possible" is the store manager's solution to resolving a fixable situation with a reasonable customer. Bought a refrigerator and due to the inability to solve the issues quickly, we now have spoiled food, a damaged house. Excuses aren't what a loyal customer wants to hear among the other buffoonery.....any customer servicing entity that provides this level of experience needs recognition, and the customer and situation needs extra attention, that did not happen here. Cancelling my line of credit (Lowes charge card) and Lowes will never, ever, see me or my family again. We still have no refrigerator and an unresolved situation, breakfast, lunch and dinner becomes expensive eating out every day........thanks Lowes!
Reading your other responses, don't bother saying "you hope I'll give your company another chance in the future" because that will not happen. We are going on two weeks (updated 6/28/2026) and my house is still not fixed.

I asked three associates for assistance trying to find a pair of garden shears. The first two were clueless to what I was talking about. Neither of them considered getting assistance. Then I found an older associate & he flat out told me it was very unlikely Lowe's had the item I wanted. I went back into the area where garden tools were located & I found the item instantly. I was very disappointed with the lack of work ethic & product knowledge these employees had.

I was so impressed with the price and service at Lowe's this week! The Memorial Day special of $2.00 a bag made an incredible bargain to finish our home off with a special touch. The pickup option was great. Evan, the young man who helped me went above and beyond to help me along with the outside workers to make 24 bags of mulch fit in my Honda CRV. I will return in the future for home needs.
