Khalil contacted me immediately to let me know he discovered my storage unit was not completely locked during his security rounds. He also explained how to properly lock and secure the unit door. I really appreciated his attention to this matter.

The guys at the front counter called me to let me know and held it for a week until I could pick it up. The people at the actual office are great. Contact them if you need anything because the customer service number suggested me a unit that was not big enough and didnt tell me after 3 months my pricing would go from roughly $40 to $100. Would definitely use this place in the future.
