  Had a fence installed from this location and there’s issues. The one year labor warranty is passed but the corporate customer service said to go to the location and verify material warranty from local supplier. I went in and spoke to AM and it seemed like they were open to at least looking into it. I emailed them photos and more details, no response. Emailed to confirm receipt, no response. Called store “AM not in” but was able to verify I had the correct email and I left message with front desk. A few days later I called again and they again were not in. I left another message. It’s been two weeks and no follow up from the store. Both gates on my fence are warped, hardware is misaligned, posts don’t feel like they were properly set and there are splits in some of the boards- none of these issues should be occurring with pressure treated wood this soon. One of the gates is so bad I use a weighted planted to keep it closed. I’d be very cautious considering them for any installation projects

  SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! Horrible Horrible horrible. I came to Make an order yesterday for carpet. They said it would take an hour to cut. I said I’ll come back in the afternoon and nothing is ready they didn’t even have nothing ready. Drove an hour and wasted gas. PLEASE JUST GO TO THE LOWES IN WARRINGTON.

  Just left this Lowe’s with my family while we were shopping for this fridge. Just really wanted to give Justin a shoutout. He really took the time to help us with the checkout and answer any questions. Justin was able to give us a really good deal for the fridge and we are happy with our purchase. Also thanks to his manager Dan and Joe for helping out as well towards the end. But definitely would come back to this Lowe’s and ask for Justin’s help. Super knowledgeable and a cool dude!

  Consistently poor management and service — Willow Grove location has failed the community Review: I have been a frequent shopper at this Lowe’s location over the past year, and the operational issues are systemic and unavoidable. As a buyer who relies on this store for urgent project needs, the lack of support and basic management is completely unacceptable. If you need paint mixed or assistance after 6:00 PM, your chances of getting help are near zero. There are plenty of employees walking around the floor, but no one is willing or able to assist. Just yesterday (June 27th), after waiting for over 40 minutes and repeatedly trying to page a manager, an employee named Dan finally stepped up to help us with some stain. He was the only bright spot, but it shouldn't require a 40-minute wait and a desperate search for management just to buy a standard item. The service issues do not stop at the paint department. If you need wood cut, there is absolutely no support. Furthermore, their policy on damaged goods is highly unreasonable for buyers. I recently needed some insulated material and lumber urgently that was clearly damaged by roughly 30%. While other competing stores automatically offer a 50% markdown on damaged inventory, this location refused to give more than a 10% discount. The staff here is generally unfriendly, unhelpful, and completely disengaged from customer service. To the store manager of the Willow Grove Lowe’s: you are failing to manage this location effectively. A complete overhaul of how this store is run is desperately needed. Until management changes and customer support becomes a priority, I highly recommend buyers take their business elsewhere. Updated at 7/7/2026 I have attached pictures to show that this is not a one-time issue. For at least a month, the conditions in this store have remained exactly the same. The damaged products shown in the photos are the same damaged items that have been sitting on the shelves, not newly damaged inventory. Even the same open bottle of water has been left in the aisle for weeks. Because of the poor store conditions and lack of product availability, I have had to visit other locations to purchase the items I need. Unfortunately, each time I visit this store, I see the same problems with no improvement. In the evenings, there are often no managers available, and it is very difficult to get assistance. There is little to no support in the lumber department, and finding someone to help with stain mixing can be extremely frustrating. As a customer, I expect a clean, well-maintained store and reasonable customer service. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses the ongoing issues.

  If I could give zero stars I would. WARNING - run don’t walk to Home Depot. I had the worse experience with ordering appliances through Lowe’s. I had a washer dryer order placed and not only did it take weeks on weeks but they are so disorganized. I was told and texted both appliances were coming multiple times. Then the morning of said deliveries I would get calls telling me the dryer was there but no washer.. then the washer was there and then they had the dryer and then washer went missing. After countless times of scheduling with me and promising they were coming they continued to fail to bring me my appliances. I had to purchase my order twice for whatever reason. I had countless relatives have to help me and days rearranging my work schedule for false deliveries. The week they finally arrived they promised deliveries every single day of that week and it finally arrived on day five! I cannot express how much of a nightmare this process was with them. They promised to put in a compensation claim and never heard back from them even though they promised a return call for that too. I would like to note I am a very reasonable, understanding and kind costumer and never got mad or yelled at anyone. I gave them no reason for the lack of communication and just basic disregard. I have attempted to call the store multiple times to see what happened with no answer or follow up. This costs me way more money then the “sale”. Mind you this was suppose to be next day delivery. But months later I did finally get my appliances but I would NEVER recommend Lowe’s to anyone nor will I be using them again. They def lost my trust.
