If you don't want to work here, don't give the job to somebody who needs to provide for themselves and or somebody else. If you're going to have an attitude when someone is asking for your help who's never been in this store before quit and give the job to someone who needs to make money to take care of important things. Is not my fault. You work at a Lowe's these cashiers need to learn better customer service.

LOWES sold me a Char-Broil Performance gas grill that was sold to me as new but was provided in an unacceptable, damaged, and used-looking condition.
I agreed to accept a fully assembled grill after Lowe’s contacted me and explained that it was the only one available. I reasonably expected a properly assembled, inspected, and new-condition product. Instead, I received a grill with the following issues:

• Rust throughout the grill
• Scratches and damage on interior surfaces
• Broken Igniter and Multiple parts improperly assembled
• Parts that do not fit correctly
• Dirt, dust, bugs and grime throughout the grill
• Overall condition inconsistent with a new product
• Evidence of damage and/or prior use that should have been identified before the grill was provided to me
• No assistance loading the grill during curbside pickup
• A store associate told me to make sure I “washed it because they’re gross,” which further suggests the store was aware of the grill’s poor condition.
This is not normal dust or minor cosmetic wear. The attached photos document the condition of the grill.
I have already contacted Lowe’s customer service multiple times and used online chat, yet I continue to be directed back to the store. The store will not follow up with me. I should not have to repeatedly pursue Lowe’s to resolve a problem caused by Lowe’s providing a defective and unacceptable product as new.
UPDATE: just want to follow up that I followed what you've written under my review for "help" and it just took me to a 1 hour wait for an agent who literally did nothing to help resolve anything. I simply called the number listed on google. Pointless.

Came in at 9:30am to an empty store. Minding my business shopping. Left my cart with a couple of my things in tile as I forgot a fitting in plumbing. Take a 2 minute stroll to plumbing and come back to a Lowes employee with sun glasses on punching and throwing some of my things off my cart as he proceeds to try to move it right in front of me. When confronted as to why he would do that, he claimed it was there for 20 minutes. I haven’t even been in the store for 20 minutes. Regardless of the time of my cart being parked, I find it odd policy to punch and throw merchandise off of clients carts.

I went to Lowe’s in Willow Grove, PA on Sunday July 26. I went to get 3 door handles, 2 with locks and one without a lock and also an oven thermometer. I started out to look for the oven thermometer where the Lowes website said it was, I couldn’t find it so I asked an employee which 3 of them were standing there. The one pointed to isle 26 and said it would be there. I went and walked up and down that isle several times didn’t see it. I went to ask again and one of the same people said to check where the website said it was and I told him I already checked there and it isn’t there. Then he said to check where the appliances are. I am a senior citizen and Lowe’s employees that are just standing around getting paid to do nothing can’t take the time for decent customer service like Home Depot I never have a problem there when I can’t find something their employee walks you where to find an item. Back to my Lowe’s experience I finally found the oven thermometer. I went to the isle for the door handles and I couldn’t find one of them so I asked the woman at returns if someone could help me in isle 4 so she paged overhead, I waited and waited and guess what nobody showed up. I walked to the end of the isle and saw the same guy who been pointing me in all directions. I showed him where the website said it would be and he looked and couldn’t find it either so he told me to go to Walmart he said they would have it. I asked him is Lowe’s affiliated with Walmart he said no. 😳
The only good thing that I can say about Lowe’s is that I never had a problem in the paint department the employees their are always helpful.
The only time I will be back at Lowe’s is to buy paint because they have the brand I like. For everything else I will be spending my money at Home Depot.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase.
