The product may be a bit more expensive out of the gate, but try to ask a question of a big box store employee about an issue with a tool. Your answer is not sound most of the time. These guys are awesome!

They do a good job, I have had bad experiences with other shops keeping saws for weeks and get them back with same problem, Thompsons actually fixes tools you take to them. Would definitely recommend.
