  We purchased our current living room set from Raymour & Flanigan in Wilkes-Barre about 10 or 11 years ago, and Lisa helped us then. We were so happy to find that she was still there to help us again! I absolutely love our current leather furniture, and at first, I didn’t think anything in the store was comparable. Lisa really listened to our preferences and understood exactly what we were looking for. She encouraged us to be open to something a little different, and we ended up finding a set that is perfect for our living room and our large family—especially when everyone gathers for the holidays. We cannot wait for it to be delivered so we can see it in our home! Lisa went above and beyond and did an amazing job. We highly recommend asking for her!

  Exceptionally positive experience. Bob was my salesman. He helped me get great Labor Day sale pricing on a bed frame, mattress and recliner. When I decided, after delivery, that the recliner would not work for me, John helped with pricing and I chose another one. John called me the next day, as promised, to confirm the changes and new delivery plans. Both delivery experiences were perfect...on time and very pleasant and very careful with all the merchandise.

  Stopped by on our way home just to look at some bedroom furniture and get some ideas. Saleswoman at the front was annoyingly pushy and reminded us why we hate shopping for furniture. P**sed us off and we won't be back. It's a shame because we purchased most of our furniture there for our current home.

  My daughter in-law and I stopped in to look at specific furniture items. The sales associate Lisa greeted us, asked what we were looking for and allowed us to wander and view pieces without hovering over us! As we found what we were looking for Lisa guided us through the purchasing process seemlessly.

  First off, in another review I said the salesman's name was Luis but this great 👍 salesman name is Jose P. He was so helpful and not pushy but accomdating. The best. The delivery 🚚 was great Those guys were so nice. I LOVE my living room set.. wanted it for a long time. Jose Thanks so much. Loraine S. Be safe
