    Huge Shoutout to three very great people that are Customer Service Experts!!! Jessie, David and Jeff all exceeded my expectations today and they all could not have been more helpful. I needed to do this review to tell everyone that the Staff at this place makes it the BEST!!!!! All three of them should get a bump. You should be very very thankful to have them.

    Horrible experience here today. I’m not sure when it became the customers fault for expecting an item to be the price on the shelf where they acquire an item. But to day it took 25 minutes of my day to spend $450. I had to move their ladder cause every endcap had one in front of thee product which isn’t customer friendly to begin with. Then 1 guy tells me “you have to actually do work if you buy that lawnmower”….i guess i look lazy to him. But what a strange thing to say to a customer trying to spent $429…then the manager was extremely rude and insisted the time and location stamped photo I took after the price was wrong at the register wasn’t proof enough so I had to wait for her to walk across the store because of someone at Lowe’s messing up the price tags. Then she changes the price and not a word: not a sorry for the inconvenience, not a thank you for your patience. Not a thank you for your $429….just an attitude because I expected the price on the shelf to match the price at the register. Awful experience here today. I spend a lot of money at Lowe’s but clearly their people at this location don’t care about customers. The guy that made fun of me was literally the only employee to speak to me before I asked the guy at the check out for help with the price issue. If I could have bought this item some where else I absolutely would have left it at the register on principle….

    Bad customer service, I had an item delivered, it was only half of a patio set. Driver told me to call the store, store told me to call the 3rd party (truck said Lowes on it) delivery company. It was at the store still, I had to drive and pick it up. Everyone I spoke treated me like I was wasting there time. It was an awful experience. I always went to Lowes before HD, probably not any more.

    All I could say is kudos to Lowe's because same day delivery to me means the same day we're now on the 5th day for five bags of 4 cubic feet marble rocks which total approximately 30 bucks and they weigh almost 50 lb I'm 68 years old which is why I opt it for the same day. I called one rail who was at my door per my camera and never dropped them they referred me back to Lowe's and Lowe's so-called manager Angelo is basically a liar I'm just going to close my account with Lowe's I'd be better aggravated somewhere else!

    When you give them 5 stars, they'll answer you on here.Let's see if they answer me. The first thing you talk to when you call is A.I. so I played along for the second time after being angry.The first time months ago I asked for a electric auto polisher.It came back with sorry , we don't have auto policies asked it again.\nSame answer. Wanted to talk to customer service.\nThe phone rang 20 minutes, no one picked up.I set my phone down while I was eating my dinner.Finally hung up. Went to your store. Walk your tool area, you had one battery operated. No electric, which is fine but you cost me gas in my time that could have been prevented for me going there because your customer service is horrible. I went 2 of your stores same thing , i walked down one aisle.I thought they were used tools.There was so much dust on them seriously.I thought they were selling used tools now. Went through the same thing with skirting.For a mobile home, I was working on told me you had it went there.You didn't have nothing when it came to skirting. In the Northeast, there was a hardware store biggest on the Northeast.I don't know if I spell this correctly.They were called Hechingers. They were beautiful, shiny.They finally collapsed.Their aisles were a mess, no workers, hardly never answered the phone.Does that sound familiar. As corporate won't allow you to call them or text them.Because they protect ourselves nice gorgeous building in north carolina , beautiful landscaping , and you're letting your stores look like garbage. Yeah, I wish you would call me or ask me to call you.\n Quit ignoring the people who make you the 6 figures as you sit on your throne and that's how I feel.\n I guess I'll have to go to harbor freight. It's pretty ridiculous that they have everything more than you do.
