I am handicapped and can not lift more then 10 lbs. I went to the store to place my order for delivery. The girl indicated it must be delivered to the back porch. They delivered both of my orders to the front porch. I live in the rear. The delivery service refuses to put them in the back. I now have to pay someone to move them. So far no help from lowes either

F disaster to purchase a trailer. Short staff and the manager overwhelmed. Tracy deer in headlights. Total time just to purchase a trailer was 4 hours and 2.5 hours was just trying to get to he paperwork then go to northeast title and tag was another 2 hours. Short staff there and then drop 300.00 for the title and tag for the new trailer that the manager didn't even inform of the cost associated with the purchase of a new trailer.

My experience with Lowe’s has been profoundly disappointing, not only because of the poor workmanship delivered by their subcontractor, Granite Works, LLC, but because of Lowe’s complete failure to provide the support, professionalism, and oversight that a major retailer should guarantee.
The quartz countertop installation arranged through Lowe’s was riddled with obvious defects: multiple gaps between the wall and countertop, a rough, visibly discolored seam, and overall workmanship that looked rushed and careless. These are issues that any competent installer—or any responsible retailer overseeing the job—should have caught and corrected immediately. Instead, Lowe’s left me with a project that diminished the value of my home and created a problem I now have to fight to resolve.
What made the situation worse was Lowe’s lack of follow‑through. Scheduling was chaotic, communication was inconsistent, and any sense of professionalism evaporated the moment the installation was completed. Lowe’s customer service offered no meaningful support, no urgency, and no accountability. Despite being the company I contracted with—and the one that took my payment—Lowe’s repeatedly failed to ensure that their subcontractor returned to fix the problems. Every follow‑up attempt was met with delays, excuses, and indifference. Still waiting on the issues to be fixed, one month after install.
Lowe’s chose Granite Works, LLC. Lowe’s represented them as qualified. Lowe’s collected the payment. Yet Lowe’s has shown no ability or willingness to hold their subcontractor to even basic standards of workmanship or customer care.
Given this experience, I would not recommend Lowe’s for countertop installation—or any service involving subcontractors. If you value your home, your time, and your peace of mind, look elsewhere.

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
