Joshua, our salesperson, was knowledgeable about the product, was not pushy while we were making our decision, checked back regularly to see if we had any questions and sat with us to understand our personal wants, needs and taste. Awesome! He introduced us to his manager Kathy. She was very pleasant also and just a lovely person. Kudos to Joshua for the exemplary service, care , diligence and professionalism. My unfortunate experience was due in part to an inexperienced sales person, who did not advise me of availability of desired options. I wasn’t aware of options, other than $800 extended warranty, which I waived. Thankfully, management did not ask me to leave and go elsewhere. (LOL) They held their professional manners and elected to work with me and satisfying my purchase of Love Seat with console and upgraded power option and cushion. The mgr waived the pickup, restocking and replacement of the new item. My thanks for their professional assistance in helping make this a satisfactory experience. Anxiously awaiting delivery.
