  Marilyn was literally amazing, we met her months before we decided to buy just window shopping. She was so sweet and attentive and had our best interest. We came back when we were ready. She listened and treated us like we were family. Customer service was also very helpful when we needed to switch some things! We will be coming back.

  I had a very nice gentleman who showed me around to the recliners. I was interested in. He was able to tell me about each chair and he was very patient and waiting till I made my decision. I was going to leave and think about it, but I thought it was a good deal and he was so nice and I just had to have it. Raymore and Flanagan are great to deal with. This was my first trip ever there and it won’t be my last and it’s all because of the way the salesman Mark took care of me at the Whitehall store.

  We bought furniture ans and are rug furniture delivered on time but we're getting the run around on a special made carpet. Was supposed to be here 2x already never showed got some crappy excuse from the gentleman we talked to never again will we shop raymour and flanigan the sales people lie I hope you all are happy that we didn't get our rug on time what question we have if it was in your warehouse days ago where's our rug!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  The entire staff was delightful and nice, we never got that "used car salesperson" vibe from anyone. Our sales person Marilyn Davies was perfect in her sales approach, not pushy, didnt try to hold us in store when we stepped out for lunch. Answered all our questions and helped us find a perfect couch and recliner for us. And most important, she didnt push the warranty thing, she explained it perfectly and that was enough for us to add it on and we usually dont get warranties. Thank you Marilyn and Raymour & Flanigan
