  Chris and Johnnie are wonderful both times we went there we got exactly what we needed/wanted they were insightful while not overpressured for selling. Both really down to earth gentleman and Johnnie man what a fly dresser! Both times we had wonderful experiences and couldn’t be more grateful and were so excited for our new king sized mattress and our new chaise lounge couch! They have forever customers with me and my husband! Now when we go in the store we look for either of them specifically for whatever our needs are! Thank you so much gentlemen for a stupendous customer service experience!

  Best Experience I have ever had with my parents. Manager was very helpful to make sure we were able to get everything we wanted and the sleep consultant was the very best man we ever met helped us very much

They truly went above and beyond for us every step of the way, making the entire experience smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. It’s not often you come across this level of care and attention, and it really stood out. Because of them, we know that Raymour & Flanigan will be our go-to place for furniture from now on. We’ll absolutely be recommending Raymour & Flanigan to all of our family and friends, and personally, I won’t be buying furniture anywhere else.

  We had a very good experience with Tom S. at Raymour and Flanagan. He helped us find just the right recliner to suit our needs and was honest about prioritizing comfort over appearance, given an upcoming surgery. He was not at all distressed when we wanted to go home to think about it, and led us smoothly through the purchase process when we returned a few days later. Delivery was scheduled within 3 days and we were able to track arrival down to the minute. The delivery men set up and tested the chair and were courteous and efficient throughout.
