  Marilyn is truly the standout salesperson at this location. We absolutely fell in love with her.Last summer, when we were refurnishing our home, she guided us with patience, warmth, and genuine care. This summer, while redoing our home theater, she was right there again... supportive, kind, and just the sweetest person to work with. We couldn’t be happier with this location or the purchases we made, and Marilyn was a huge part of that experience.

  Great customer service when you're spending over $3,000, but once there’s a problem with a damaged product, that customer service seems to disappear. I’ve been waiting over a month for a replacement, and the communication has been extremely frustrating. First, there was no ETA. Then I was told it would be the end of the month. Now I’m hearing maybe the first week of next month or maybe the second week. No one seems to know. What’s even more frustrating is that no one will call or update me when the replacement is expected to arrive. I have to keep calling back myself just to get another uncertain answer. The manager was also unhelpful, and the overall experience has made me feel like my concerns stopped mattering once the company had my money. A damaged product and a month-long wait for a replacement should not be handled this way. Very disappointing customer service, especially after spending over $3,000.

  I went online to purchase bedroom furniture. My new R&F credit card was not linked to my online account. I made a phone call and the sales person assisted me. It was late in the day and the financial office was close. I gave her the product numbers, color, and delivery date and she took care of everything. Called me early the next day and completed the order with me. I thank Sonia for her assistance. I love shopping at Raymour & Flannigan.

  Jesse was efficient and expedient at assisting us in finding exactly what we were looking for without trying to push other models or styles that didn’t fit our specifications. He was patient and he provided a no-nonsense approach with clear pricing and offered discounts where he could. That was one of the reasons we bought from him/your store.

  Went shopping for a sofa,and had the best experience with our sales lady.This lady herself pushed a table alone, aside of the sofa, to see if I like it or not.She also went above and beyond any person I've ever dealt with. She carried lamp after lamp to see which one looked better! I realize I'm a very hard customer, because I'm very fuzzy. Her name is Kimberly Gebhard! She did not hesitate to do anything to make me happy! Her manager Kelly Donahue did her best for us also. Thank You very much. Obviously these professionals were trained by the best!
