I had an amazing experience shopping at the garden center of this Lowe’s. I received tons of advice and tips from Pam who works at the garden center. She was very knowledgeable, attentive and kind. She patiently explained plant preferences and answered every single of my questions. She even walked with me to the register where when chatted with Sandy- the cashier who was also super friendly and helpful. They even helped me load the plants into my trunk.
I will be coming back to this Lowes purely because of this experience.
I would highly recommend Pam and Sandy.

I want to formally lodge a complaint against this store. My 83 year old Air Force Veteran father stopped in today after a dentist visit to buy a small plate to join a wooden crack. When my dad asked for help, a “tall” man whose name he did not get was extremely rude, arrogant and nasty to him, saying, “I don’t have time to help you!”. My father was quite upset. He could barely walk the store and this fellow told him to “walk down there and look”.
That said…
He found John (74 years old) who was respectful, helpful and treated my dad with genuine kindness. But my dad was still upset and when he got to the register, a woman helped him, apologized for the rudeness of the other employee, and even ensured he got his veteran discount.
Management, please teach your employees that if they can’t be helpful (ie. busy with other customers) that at least to be kind as they say they’re busy. My dad didn’t get the rude mans name but whoever he is should be fired. Theres no excuse for this. As it is…it is after 5 pm and my dad is still upset and had to take a Xanax.

I have never had such a bad experience trying to get flooring. I placed an order for delivery on September 7th, delivery date on the 9th. We'll here it is October 6th and still no flooring! Every week they tell me that Friday and every week, no flooring.. I've been dealing with plywood for floors for a month now bc we tore them up thinking I was getting my flooring in 2 days.. spoke to a manager on Sunday who told me the flooring was in and I'd get a call for delivery date, still nothing... tried calling the store, on hold for 30 mins then hung up on... the whole process has been so frustrating and still no flooring.. the worst part is we've already put some of the flooring down in the house, decided we wanted to continue throughout the house. So we need this flooring to match and we can't get it.. I strongly suggest going elsewhere and do not expect your items to be delivered on the provided date, they obviously lie to get you to place the order...

I was there 9/11 for paint in the morning. I’m sorry I don’t remember the kind woman’s name but she was super helpful and had everything loaded on a cart for me as I had an infant. Then a young man named Michael was walking by and I asked him if there was someone who could help me get my items to the car. I had a cart of purchases as well. He offered to help me! He took everything to the self checkout and took care of my entire order. He then helped get everything in my car! He could have easily said he would look for someone to help me, instead he did it! Thank you for having such kind associates!

I'm leaving a review for the garden center and specifically for two ladies that helped me during my visit. Pam (didn't get her title) and cashier Connie.
Both of these ladies are fantastic human beings. They're both so kind and helpful while I was there buying plants. Pam is super great and knowledgeable with plant care, tips and advice. She is very welcoming, friendly and just made the overall experience great.
Connie is very polite, attentive, gets things done pretty quickly when checking customers out and asked me questions as to how my experience was, if i am a my Lowe's member, if there was anything else that I needed etc etc etc and has a very sweet personality.
I wish for there to be employees like this at my local Lowe's so I don't have to travel the 25 minutes, but I honestly don't mind considering my experience at this garden center.
This wasn't my first visit here and the last few times I've been there have also been great. I have not encountered any employee at this garden center that is not professional and helpful.
Whoever from Lowe's that has the time to read this, just know, you have some great employees at this garden center.
