Purchased a 36 inch Z-line Paramount range with the black matte door and kick-plate. FYI the full stainless steel version will be delivered with the black door and kick-plate in a separate box. That was not expected, but it’s the Z-line way. If you choose a color, ask about the deluxe installation. I now have a stainless steel door and kick-plate stored in my basement, but if I sell my house, the new owner will have options!
Lowe’s in Whitehall was absolutely the best. Peter, the appliance department manager, knows what customer service means and is truly committed to making it happen. Amanda and Connor were professional and engaging, as was the customer service rep with whom I interacted. Lowe’s has earned this very satisfied customer’s loyalty.

I genuinely don’t know if this is a Lowe’s-wide issue or just this location, but when it comes to delivery, they are now an impressive **0 for 4** with us.
At this point, getting a delivery from Lowe’s feels less like ordering merchandise and more like entering a contest to see where the item might eventually appear.
We’ve had items delivered to the wrong house. We’ve had deliveries not show up when promised. We’ve had deliveries apparently forgotten altogether. And when you call looking for answers, the response sometimes amounts to, “I don’t know what to tell you,” which is certainly one way to run a delivery department.
The amazing part is that every other store and delivery service in the area somehow manages to locate our house without requiring a search party, satellite reconnaissance, or divine intervention.
The employees inside the store are actually great. Friendly, helpful people, and I have no complaints about them at all. But if an employee says, “We don’t have that in stock, but we can order it and have it delivered,” consider that less of an offer and more of a warning.
Four deliveries. Four problems. That’s not bad luck anymore — that’s a system.
So my recommendation is simple: shop here if the item is physically sitting inside the store and you can take it home yourself. If delivery is involved, I’d seriously consider buying it somewhere else.
Lowe’s may know how to help you find everything you need for your home. Getting those things **to your home**, however, remains one of life’s great unsolved mysteries.

I ordered a fridge with installation. They deliver the fridge and remove the doors to get it inside. Do not install it. Do not give me the connection hose I paid $20 for. And a few months later when I get the water line installed, it turns out the install crew broke the water dispenser when they removed the doors so it leaks inside and outside the fridge. I call Lowe's asking to get it repaired, they tell me it's been over 30 days so they can't help. I explain that the warranty won't cover the damage because it was made during installation. Lowe's tells me it's been more than 30 days, that's the policy, no exceptions, they can't help. Not a great customer service system.
