I came into the store to take advantage of a sale for a craftsman tool chest. The associate that helped me gave me a pre assembled chest that was not picked up. Took it home to find that the lock keys or manual was not in the tool chest. I called customer service to ask about the missing keys as I found a sticker saying the keys were at “the desk”. They told me to come in. I had asked if I needed anything like the receipt. They said no. I made the 30min drive back. The associate at the desk tried to get the associate that helped me but got me to someone who I assumed was a higher role that would be able to help. The guy stepped away for 10-15min and came back saying that I need the three digit code on the lock. I told them that no one told me. He then told me that they couldn’t find any keys. I was upset at this point that they sold me an unfinished product and even considering trying to return it was whole other day of itself to get a truck to haul it back as I took my day off for this purpose. The guy said it was because it was a new guy probably who made the mistake. The fact that he wanted to set blame on someone else was probably the most unprofessional thing. He then said I could order replacement keys. I just went online to see the cost and considering these are two different sets I’m looking at at least $40 now. This was disappointing to reflect that saving some money has now costed me an additional 1hr of time and paying for missing keys that should have been with my purchase. I’m thinking about bringing it back.

In the last month, I have been really frustrated with Lowe’s as a company, including this location. I bought a brand new fridge That came damaged and caused me to lose hundreds of dollars of food. I was able to get a new fridge after the fact. Then I made the mistake of giving Lowe’s another chance and buying a 500+ dollar grill. They gave me a delivery date where it would be delivered completely assembled. The day comes no one calls. No one reaches out apparently the girls on backorder and no one at Lowe’s knows how to pick up the phone so then I talk to people at the stores cancel the order and then re-order again and assembled grill for pick up. I get the notification it’s ready for pick up. I drive down to the store and when I get there they say oh do you need assembly? I see you checked that off. It’s not assembled yet you need to come back in three days I am done with Lowe’s. I will take my business anywhere else at this point.

One of the worst stores I have ever delta with. The day my large delivery order was supposed to arrive, nobody showed up or contacted me in any way. The next day i call only to be told my order was outsourced to another Lowes which can only deliver in another 2 weeks memorial day weekend. Best part is, my order was outsourced for Top Soil which wasnt even on my order receipt! They outsourced my order for something I dont even have on my order. The conclusion is "sorry for the inconvenience, but theres nothing else we can do". No cares given that I lost money to be here for a delivery that never showed nor even the decency to notify the customer they aren't showing up either. Again, the reason whomever put in the system was a BS one especially since I dont even have top soil in my order in the first place. Customer service and corporate couldn't care less. Reordering anywhere else will now take the same amount of time waiting. Do yourself a favor, dont place any large important orders through this store.

Useless.. placed order for pickup and 4 hrs later i showed up and still not ready.. the people doing pickup were standing there joking around and talking. So i had to go find the stuff i need and checkout myself.. i placed order because they only had so many parts and i needed them all but they were to busy having fun to do thier damn job. And i wanted to pick up order to save me time to get back and get job done but instead i had to search and find what i needed and waste time trying to cancel my order with a woman that didn't know what she was doing and was very rude also..

Just awful! I completed an online order for pickup. Got the message it was ready and started the 20 minute drive to pick it up. Once I arrived at the store I got a message that I had already picked up the order and returned it. When I went in to pick it up I provided the order number the confused women at the counter informed me that the order was returned. I asked why, she said probably because we don't have any of those. I started to ask another question but it was clear that she would have no answers. The online systems sent me text messages about my order so the store had my phone number and could have called me however they choose to send me a message that my order was ready then a few minutes later they pick it up in the system and return it. Too late I was already on my way and wasted 40 minutes round trip, this is the worst customer service.
Also the bot that they use for text replies is pathetic and patronizing.
