My salesperson, Zac, was very helpful and professional. I have always purchased La-Z-Boy products so I was already familiar with the product, but he helped me find the chair that fit me perfectly, and the fabric that suited my decor. I can't wait for my chairs to arrive!

Had a very good shopping experience at Lazy Boy in Whitehall with sales associate Tawonda. My life partner and I were able to ‘bounce’ design ideas around with her. It was relaxed with no pressure, a far cry from other showrooms we had visited. We knew the quality of Lazy Boy and were able to order the perfect complementary pieces to our living room.

We were looking for just a basic loveseat. Our sales girl Lily showed us different options. Sadly the price was higher than expected since we upgraded the fabric. She told us about a sale coming the next weekend. So we arrived that Saturday and ended up buying a loveseat and a recliner. Lily was great to work with and would recommend her to everyone!

I needed a new recliner (wanted a new one, old one was worn out). Stopped in to the Whitehall store, I knew what style that I wanted. Told the sales lady what we were looking for. Found the recliner I wanted, sat down and said it was very comfortable. Wife was sitting on the couch which was the match to the recliner. Long story short,we ended up getting the recliner and couch.
