  We had Jonathan as your sales person. He is very good! We told him what we were looking for and he was able to steer us in the right direction. We both found chairs that fit us. We went back with our daughter to choose a sofa that she would sit comfortably on. He greeted us by name when we came in and remembered what we had looked at. He is very good at design and was able to help us choose what material color to choose for the sofa and pillow design and colors to tie the sofa in with the chairs. We are very pleased with the furniture we chose and with Jonathan.

  My mom and I went in looking for a recliner for my husband who had a recent bicycle accident. We were looking for something very specific. Lilly greeted us right away and showed us exactly what we were looking for. She was knowledgeable of the inventory they had and showed us a perfect one that was in stock and was available to be delivered. She was professional, kind and not pushy at all. My husband has been thrilled with our purchase and is the most comfortable in his new La-Z-Boy recliner. Thank you, Lilly for an amazing shopping experience and helping my husband to feel comfortable after such a traumatic injury. We look forward to coming back under much better circumstances.

  I came in today looking for a couch. I met with Lily. I’m hoping I’m spelling her name correctly. Although I didn’t make a purchase today, she was very pleasant to deal with and very patient. I highly recommend you go in and ask for her if you’re looking for any type of La-Z-Boy furniture.

  Paige and Chris were absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. Chris was very patient and intuitive when introducing us to a variety of chairs and sofas to fit our tastes and lifestyle. Paige’s visit to our home was very insightful and illuminating in terms of helping us to make our furniture function well given the layout of our house.

  I love the products but buys beware...some of the policies are not consumer friendly. First of all they will not allow you to pick up your furniture. They force you to pay $100 for delivery even if you desire and have the means to pick up your merchandise. Any other furniture store in the area gives you the choice. Secondly, they may as well not have a return policy because if you want to return something they charge you 30% restocking fee. You have 3 days from the time you order to change your mind but because they force you to have it delivered and it always takes longer than 3 days you don't even get your furniture within that 3 day time frame. A couple years ago I purchased 2 high end sofa sectionals that were not special orders. When they were delivered they were a significantly lighter color than in the store. I called even while the delivers were still in my house. The 30% restocking fee was too high for it to be an option to return and the informed me I would have to pay another delivery charge if I picked out different furniture. I ended up selling it to a family member about a year later. I recently purchased a rocker recliner and when that was delivered it was much stiffer than the floor model and not comfortable. Again they said I could only exchange it if I paid 30% restocking fee and another $100 delivery charge. Fool me one shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. There will not be a 3rd time as I will take my business elsewhere. Shame on La-z-boy!
