  Thank you Chris!! My husband and I stopped in recently and met with Chris. We were in a crisis situation since our refrigerator was no longer working! Chris was very helpful to us in our time of need! 😂 Her knowledge of their products and her patience made our choice so easy. And she got it right with the tight cabinet measurements!! We love our sparkling new, huge Kitchenaid. The two delivery gentleman were fantastic! True pros! As we said - we will be back to Kleckner when we need our next appliance!

  Great experience, especially compared to recent experience with Lowe's. Staff at Kleckner and Sons were very knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery person arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional. Will be getting all future appliances here and saying goodbye to the big box stores.

  We chose to use Kleckner's verses big box stores because we thought we would have a better experience. Unfortunately, that is not the case. We purchased 3 appliances, 2 of which were damaged on delivery. They offered cash back for a damaged refrigerator that was going to be in our basement, which we accepted. This was never sent to me as promised. I had to go to the store 2 weeks later and no one had any idea about it. Luckily, I saved the email confirming the refund and it was given to me. Also, our damaged stove top was to be replaced. One email and 2 store visits later (September and November), I am still waiting. It is January and the products were delivered in August! Very disappointed!!

  We’ve had issues with their service department and not holding to warranty. They were out 3 times and the issue still returns. They have wiped their hands clean of us and told us we are out of warranty. The dishwasher continues to blow was motors. They have not addressed the problem. Will never go back. So I have a $900 dishwasher that’s lasted less then 2 years. I can assure you I won’t be purchasing a new one there.
