  Why go big box when you can go to Kleckner & Sons? I started my appliance research in a big box store and left feeling underwhelmed and disappointed. Questions unanswered and harsh overhead lighting were my main takeaways. I was apprehensive thinking how could this be any better? Oh I’m going to pay more I’m sure. How much could be in there? It’s not as big as a Lowe’s. Well I was WRONG. So very very wrong. I was treated with care in knowledgeable family like atmosphere. I even ended up purchasing a higher rated model of the stove that I thought was right for me for get this $200 less then the mid grade model I asked for. Sounds weird but I was told that they reviewed the models (and the space restrictions I had) and it turns out right now bigger and better is actually cheaper…and yup going home with me. I am over the moon with the entire team and can’t wait to share my experience with others. Be in the lookout for me raving about my Saturday visit at Wegmans or Sheetz. Adulting can be fun, especially at Kleckners! I never imagined leaving this excited and completely satisfied with my experience and can’t wait to my delivery! Thank you Maddie George for answering my questions, providing sound advice and ensuring my appliance purchase was an awesome experience!

  I'm disappointed I've been going there for 20 years got all my appliances my new refrigerator that I shouldn't have gotten a new one because the other one was only 7 years old from them and it stop working so I got the same one because of the size situation it came with a very scratched front door the people who delivered it were very nice and said they will inform them but I never got a phone call back I had to call them they said it was on order and it might take a few weeks now I go into the fridge and everything on the top shelf is freezing up so now I have to call them on Monday what is going to happen I'm not getting the extended warranty as of yet because it should be under warranty it's just been delivered last week I'm not going to pay for something and then end up having to get rid of it again

  We called Maddie last week about our Speed Queen washer. It was no longer working and we needed to decide if we fixed this one or bought a new one. She sent us what was available and since ours was 15 years old, we opted for a new one. On June 2nd it was delivered by Jeremy and Nate. It was such a pleasure to have such professional and caring men being our washer. The delivery went seamlessly and we couldn't be happier. We bought the original washer at Kleckner's (among stoves, dishwasher, and refrigerators!) and we are so happy they carry Speed Queen and make our purchases easier on us! Thank you all again!

  Thank you Chris!! My husband and I stopped in recently and met with Chris. We were in a crisis situation since our refrigerator was no longer working! Chris was very helpful to us in our time of need! 😂 Her knowledge of their products and her patience made our choice so easy. And she got it right with the tight cabinet measurements!! We love our sparkling new, huge Kitchenaid. The two delivery gentleman were fantastic! True pros! As we said - we will be back to Kleckner when we need our next appliance!
