  We needed a new refrigerator. Walked into the store. The employees gave us a few minutes to look around. Staff very polite and helpful. Had a new refrigerator picked out in matter of 20 minutes. Entire process took less then 45 minutes. Delivery guys were awesome also. Definitely recommend to anyone needing new appliances.

  Kleckner’s serviced our electric range. We easily secured an appointment within 2 days of our call. Our service person arrived promptly and efficiently repaired the range. He was polite and cleaned up after the service. We felt the service fee was fair. We’ve purchased quite a few appliances from Kleckner’s over the years and have always received superior service.

  Bought a dishwasher, but the reason why I chose Kleckner was because of the professional installation and service. Technician Kyle came to our home on time, removed and installed, the most impressive part was watching him making sure the appliance was properly installed, kept checking the level in all angles, checked for leaks. When done, went over all the features, was very detailed overall. Thanks!

  Kleckners & Sons Appliances is our go-to appliance store. Jennifer was very patient and helped us buy a new washer. We found her to be very knowledgeable and supportive in helping us find the right model. Jeremy and Angel delivered our new washer and exercised great caution in bringing the washer into our house and making sure it worked properly. The whole experience from beginning to end was fabulous. This is not our first purchase from Kleckners & Sons. We greatly prefer them over other appliance stores because they know their products and use their own delivery team to bring products to your home. This translates to a quality purchase from knowledgeable people who know their products and deliver them with care.

  I bought a new GE washer and dryer from Kleckner & Sons in Emmaus a few weeks ago. I wanted to shop local and feel confident about delivery and service, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like a longtime customer. William A. listened to what I wanted and needed, then helped me find the perfect pair that fit within my budget. When delivery day came, David and Tony were fantastic, too! I highly recommend Kleckner & Sons to anyone shopping for appliances. They’ve earned a customer for life!
