  25 years ago, we used Blinds To Go to create a variety of window treatments for roughly 11 windows in my house. The staff was a pleasure to work with and the quality of the products include a lifetime warranty which is hard to beat. Recently, I had a second reason to service a blind in my office after the drawstring failed and became inoperable). I worked with staff member Tiffany to obtain support on removal of the shade to obtain service. Once returned to the store, it took about a week, but the shade is working perfectly. My only problem was I was unable to remove the shade myself, so I requested help from an installer. The store charged me about $97, which is a fraction of a replacement. I strongly recommend this store for anyone needing assistance or consulting on window treatments. You won't be disappointed!

  Fast, friendly, efficient service. Service rep was very helpful in finding us the blinds we were looking for in our home & did not try to over sell us. Blinds arrived earlier then expected & were as ordered. Very pleased with the quality & look.

  Always waiting on communication. No one contacted us after the deposit was made. Had to call to figure out scheduling because the website didn't work. No one follows up with the incorrect rod being installed. Still waiting on how that will get handled. If i dont call over and over nothing seems to get done. I cant wait to get this fixed and then never shop here again. The curtains are fine. Id rather just do it myself for the price and lack of follow through.

  Blinds are nice, but not what we wanted. The sales consultant switched the order somehow from what we were asking for and wrong ones were ordered. When they were installed is when we noticed they were wrong. Went to the store to find out what happened and was told the blinds would have been about $50 more per blinds for what we were looking for. We decided to keep the ones we got because of the month to make the new ones and also didn't want to put more money out for a full house of blinds.
