  Everyone that works there is always pleasant easy to talk to helpful professional… I knew kinda what I wanted I’ve never had to worry about any of the items… if you need furniture and are on a tight budget go to eagle rental in white oak and ask for Michelle she’ll help you!!! Thank you guys!!!

  The manager Shawn has amazing customer service and is very helpful and considerate and kind he needs more than 5 stars because he treats you like your a human being. to run a business I understand you are out to make money but you also have to understand life happens and you need to be understanding and give opportunities for customers that are truly trying. Even if you get a late payment your going to get the late fee so why make ignorant statements not necessary this coming from other employees that we had to deal with.But as for others that work there they are very rude and mean and clearly customer service some days aren’t there strong points. I have been a manager of stores for many years and treating others as you want to be treated is common sense A customer should never be told what they can or can’t afford you shouldn’t feel like your dirt on the floor underneath the employees that you’re dealing with . Customer’s are what pay for you to have your job . If people don’t rent you don’t have a store if you know your customers you know the ones that pay and communicate and and trust they are trying when things get tough and the ones that are just being dishonest or not paying anything and not communicating. So retraining on customer service and human interaction would greatly be a huge benefit and to not have your drivers show up to a customer’s house lighting up smoking weed customers do have cameras on there homes so just saying it’s rude and unprofessional clearly if you want respect give it . You are representing a company act like it. Other than that eagle is amazing products are very nice and taken care of . I give grace where it is due have a blessed day

  Been a long time customer since they opened up shop! I have always came back when purchasing new home appliances or furniture. Michelle is amazing to work with, Sean has been great to help when needed and I have always had a great experience working with them! Looking forward to getting something else once I get a few paid off

  I don't understand how this is legal tried to get a new ps5 only had used ones then processed to tell me it was cheaper then said it was almost 80 every 2 weeks then like 68 weeks that almost 2800 dollars for a used item they already made some type of money on and then say some bs about tariffs I thought extortion was illegal that's almost 5 times the actual cost complete rip offs
