  I had the chance to meet the team of Playground World at the Pittsburgh Home & Garden Show. The commitment that this team shows to their products, services, and clients is unmatched. From the initial consultation to the final touches during installs, you can rest assured that the team is going to take care of you and do things right. Playground World is dedicated to making memories for children and their families that will last a lifetime. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new playground, basketball hoop, or trampoline!

  Would not recommend this company. My husband spent $3,300 for one of the best hoops and barely plays on it because they messed it up. Long story short, we were getting a new driveway paved but we’re unsure on the date when we called this establishment. We live only 50 mins away from their location. We told the owner’s wife that we wanted to wait until the driveway was paved before installation(like any rational person would ask), and they told us if we didn’t get it installed in May (the pavers at the time said June most likely with the weather they’d have the driveway finished) that they couldn’t come out to get the hoop installed until end of the summer because we “live too far.” I agreed to have them install it before the paving only because of them. The driveway was raised a foot from the original posting of the goal. Now, there is a dangerous drop around the base on the pavement (causes turned ankles) and there is no baseline. As well, the height of the hoop is maxed out to 11 ft to get to the 10ft height. My husband complained to the owner afterward and he came out and offered to reinstall it for $600 more. Again, ridiculous to force someone to install a hoop on a gravel path that isn’t paved just for it to have to be yanked out of the ground again. My husband declined the additional cost because of the principle—they should have covered it or at least just charged for the materials. We weren’t far from them as a customer and this ordeal was not our fault. If you don’t live within 30 mins of this place STAY AWAY!

  We had my daughter’s 4th birthday party and it was wonderful! We chose the after store hours party option, and we truly had the whole place to ourselves with just all of our friends and family. All of the kids had a great time and a lot of fun! The staff working the party were also very kind and very helpful! Clean facility and fun time! Would recommend!

  Went for a play date during their open hours during the week. The employees were great and my sons had a lovely time playing on everything. A few of the slides are really fast and they are marked as such which I appreciated since I have to catch my two year old. Bonus they did NOT end up sick a few days later! (great job disinfecting!) Happy with our time here. We will be back!
