  If you need proof that shopping for a backyard can actually be a blast, look no further than Pool City West Mifflin! I walked in just looking for a hot tub and left with an entire backyard paradise — beautiful patio table and chairs, comfy couches, a fireplace, and more. Sandy is an absolute gem — hands-down the sweetest, most knowledgeable woman you’ll ever meet. She helped me turn my empty yard into my favorite hangout spot! And can we talk about the dream team? Kate is always smiling, even when she’s hauling boxes that weigh more than she does (superwoman energy, I swear). Ken brings the laughs every single time — so much so that I’ve been trying to set him up with every single lady I know. Ladies… he’s still single and seriously funny. You’re welcome. 😉 I’ve been coming back for years just for the good vibes, quick jokes, and big smiles. My backyard project is finally done and now I’m low-key sad I don’t have an excuse to visit every week. If you want great products AND even better people, this is the place.   Just wanted to say that the experience I've had at West Mifflin Pool City goes way beyond a 5 star rating. I started dealing at this business with Sandy 10 years ago with the purchase of my 30 ft round pool. The exceptional service received didn't stop at the initial purchase. Every year we visit Sandy at least 3 times a year to purchase needed supplies and have her test our water. Sandy goes above and beyond to greet us with a smile and is eager to help us with our pool. I've had to call with questions and concerns with which she helps immediately. I can't say enough great things about Sandy and this Pool City location. I highly recommend!! So if you're looking to put a pool in...go to West Mifflin and ask for Sandy. Top Notch on all levels!!!

  Ken was very helpful and explained all the different styles and features of the hot tubs. I returned with my husband and he answered all of our questions and listened to what we were looking for and found us the perfect hot tub within our budget. We are very happy and would refer your store to any friend or family.

  We love Pool City! They offer the best quality and service. Sandy is the best and always takes care of us. From buying our pool 19 years ago, 2 liners, our bar for the game room, and a recent hot tub purchase. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank You!

  I've been a customer at Pool City for many years and have made several major purchases. From installation, service and primarily sales and management have been nothing but a tremendous and satisfying experience. This all started with Kaitlyn Stayrook, who sold us our first hot tub while working at the Washington, Pa location. She has been nothing short of an amazing, friendly and very knowledgeable employee, always making suggestions or explanations regarding our hot tub or pool needs.She currently works at the West Mifflin store along with a very capable manager Ken Tkach. Ken is always there when needed to answer a question or assist lifting something heavy and does everything with a big smile (goes along with his physical stature and personality!) My wife and I have been thoroughly pleased with all of our experiences with these two Pool City employees over the years and will continue to enjoy our relationship with them for all of our hot tub, pool and outdoor furniture needs.
