  We cannot thank Kaitlyn Stayrook at the West Mifflin, Pittsburgh location enough for her outstanding service over the past few weeks. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and supportive as she helped us select all of our patio furniture. Kaitlyn took the time to answer every question, offered excellent suggestions, and made what could have been an overwhelming decision an enjoyable experience. It was obvious that she genuinely enjoys her job and loves interacting with customers, and her enthusiasm, warmth, and professionalism made every visit a pleasure. Pool City is incredibly fortunate to have someone like Kaitlyn on their team, and we wish her every success in her career. We would also like to recognize Antony from the North Hills location. He was equally friendly, welcoming, and helpful when we visited. Like Kaitlyn, it was clear that he truly enjoys helping customers and takes pride in providing exceptional service. Employees like Kaitlyn and Antony are a tremendous asset to Pool City and are the reason customers keep coming back. Thank you both for making our shopping experience such an enjoyable one! We wholeheartedly recommend Pool City to anyone looking for quality products backed by outstanding customer service.

  Would be zero stars if it were possible. I was lied to AGAIN about receiving a call back. I was promised I would be getting a call from the corporate manager regarding the horrid nightmare I have been facing due to making the mistake of trusting this company. USE ANY COMPANY BUT POOL CITY. THEY WILL PROMISE YOU THE HEAVENS AND EARTH AND DELIVER PURE HELL. THIS IS GOING ON THE SECOND SEASON OF ME NOT BEING ABLE TO USE MY POOL THE WAY I SHOULD. DO NOT USE POOL CITY IF YOU WANT QUALITY AND A COMPANY YOU CAN COUNT ON. The customer service is the worst.
