  I've been shopping for many items for our new house and we're specifically looking for fire pits and patio tables either chairs today. We live north of Pittsburgh. Our local Pool City, near Cranberry, told us that the West Mifflin location is the biggest in the area and had more selection than they had. So we made an hour drive to it and are so glad we did! We were lucky to get Kaitlyn assisting us today! She's very pleasant and super knowledgeable about all of the products they carry in the store. She helped us with dimensions and what items would go well together with the metal and different sets that might fit on our patio the best. She stayed 10 minutes past when she could have closed because she wanted us to be able to make a purchase and order since we drove so far to get there. She is such an asset at your store and an excellent employee and person! We'll definitely come back to shop with Kaitlyn again for other things we need for our new house.😊

  Mark was super helpful and knowledgeable in helping us pick out the right vacuum for our pool! Anything we need we will be back to see him in West Mifflin

  We had a great experience purchasing our outdoor patio furniture from Pool City in West Mifflin. From start to finish, the process was seamless. Ken was fantastic to work with—friendly, knowledgeable, and always had a great attitude. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Customer service like this is hard to find. Thank you, Ken, for all of your help! We love our new patio furniture and highly recommend Pool City!

  We cannot thank Kaitlyn Stayrook at the West Mifflin, Pittsburgh location enough for her outstanding service over the past few weeks. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and supportive as she helped us select all of our patio furniture. Kaitlyn took the time to answer every question, offered excellent suggestions, and made what could have been an overwhelming decision an enjoyable experience. It was obvious that she genuinely enjoys her job and loves interacting with customers, and her enthusiasm, warmth, and professionalism made every visit a pleasure. Pool City is incredibly fortunate to have someone like Kaitlyn on their team, and we wish her every success in her career. We would also like to recognize Antony from the North Hills location. He was equally friendly, welcoming, and helpful when we visited. Like Kaitlyn, it was clear that he truly enjoys helping customers and takes pride in providing exceptional service. Employees like Kaitlyn and Antony are a tremendous asset to Pool City and are the reason customers keep coming back. Thank you both for making our shopping experience such an enjoyable one! We wholeheartedly recommend Pool City to anyone looking for quality products backed by outstanding customer service.
