We had a great experience with the purchase of our new pool from Pool City. Sandy was absolutely fantastic to work with, and the funny thing is she sold us the last pool we bought over 25 years ago! She was very patient and spent a lot of time with us. We had such a great experience with buying the pool that we went back and bought some outdoor furniture from her as well. I highly recommend Sandy from the West Mifflin Pool City location!

BEWARE!!! These people have the most atrocious customer service, fight tooth and nail to avoid doing any warranty work, stop communicating when you keep pressing them and only provide any sort of service once you go to the length of having to create social media pages to shame them. Look up Pool City Nightmares.

Saw the video Pool City Nightmares posted on Facebook. Why did you not provide the warranty work? Looks like other people have had terrible experiences as well.

I've been shopping for many items for our new house and we're specifically looking for fire pits and patio tables either chairs today. We live north of Pittsburgh. Our local Pool City, near Cranberry, told us that the West Mifflin location is the biggest in the area and had more selection than they had. So we made an hour drive to it and are so glad we did! We were lucky to get Kaitlyn assisting us today! She's very pleasant and super knowledgeable about all of the products they carry in the store. She helped us with dimensions and what items would go well together with the metal and different sets that might fit on our patio the best. She stayed 10 minutes past when she could have closed because she wanted us to be able to make a purchase and order since we drove so far to get there. She is such an asset at your store and an excellent employee and person! We'll definitely come back to shop with Kaitlyn again for other things we need for our new house.😊
