  Upon walking into the store, I noticed that there was not a single shopping cart available anywhere inside the store entrance. Every single cart was sitting out in the middle of the parking lot. I approached an employee to inform them of the issue, specifically pointing out how absurd it is to force customers especially elderly shoppers to turn around and trek all the way out into the parking lot just to grab a basic shopping cart. The employee couldn't have cared less and dismissed my concern completely without making any effort to address it. ​I proceeded to do my shopping, assuming someone would eventually bring a line of carts inside. Roughly 45 minutes later, as I was wrapping up, I walked back toward the entrance only to see that there were still zero carts available inside. To make matters worse, I actually watched an employee walk outside, grab a cart from the lot, and bring it back in strictly for his own task completely ignoring the empty cart bay and the customers standing around needing one. ​When employees can't even be bothered to provide basic equipment for paying customers and actively ignore the needs of elderly shoppers—it shows a complete breakdown in store leadership. Customer service at this location is completely nonexistent!! Home Depot here i come!!

  Horrible customer service. You have employees that don't know what they are doing, point you in the wrong direction and/or don't know what you are trying to find. The customer service at the counter is just as worse, they make an error and blame the customer and then make a joke about the customer as they are walking away. This store is poorly managed. Oh on top of these, they don't even know whose working what department, tried to get paint and waited over an hour for someone to help me with what I needed, and they didn't know who was working the paint counter.

  I didn't want to leave a poor review of my local Lowe's, simply because this store has always been here to support our local community with tools and supplies when it wasn't more available elsewhere. I get most of my plants here, and my kids love the crafts they get to make monthly. However, like many reviews have said, it's awful trying to find help. I used to see an associate down what felt like every 5 aisles. Now? If you see one, you won't in a moment when they scurry out of the aisle. I am not, how should I say, well versed in a lot of areas. Usually I look online for help, but I just needed a part for my storm door, and it's a relatively simple replacement. I was trying to review parts online, but the photo of the actual measurements was blurry on EVERY photo. So I figured I'd go in the store and look at, what the app reported, to be their 11 products available in store. Shelf is empty besides one item. It is too big. So before I go any further, I decide I'll go ask someone for help. I'm wandering around trying to find someone, until eventually I find a bunch of the associates sitting behind the appliance area. They are not happy to have a customer waiting to ask them a question. Immediately "Can we help you?" Not in a helpful tone, but in a "get lost" tone. I asked if any of them know anything about storm door parts. The one associate springs up and says he does. I go over with my phone and show him the measurements I took with my phone and ask what is the correct measurement for the item I'll need, because none of the items online look from the titles like they're right. He starts walking over to the aisle, and I mention there's none on the shelf right now. We get there and he asks me which one I need. I stare for a moment and reiterate that I am not sure, which is why I took pictures and measurements and asked for help at all. He starts getting frustrated that I'm not giving him a clear answer. He tells me they're adjustable and universal, so I ask why they're marked with different measurements then and what they're measuring because there are NO details online, can't see the pictures, and nothing is on the shelf. He spends most of this interaction looking for a product overhead with his scanner, but when I ask which one he's looking for, he won't give me an answer so I can look at it on my phone to understand better before he brings it down. After he looks for a box, sees it, scans something, he then looks at me again and asks which one I need. I'm blown away by the sheer unwillingness to help your customers understand what they're looking for. Like maybe it makes more sense to customers who regularly work on doors or other projects, I haven't ever had to replace this before and just needed some help. I left the store, looked it up online just for clarification, and wouldn't you know it? Amazon sells the exact same parts online, cheaper, and they include the videos from the exact same manufacturer that help customers identify the correct product for them. That's a criticism more for the corporate side of the website, but still. Overall, your "experts" should be willing to help even the dumbest customer understand what they're looking for when they ask for help. That's why they asked for help. I don't like to admit when I don't know something, and asking for help is one of those things I hate doing, but this interaction definitely has me rethinking if I should just take the half hour drive to Home Depot next time.
