  Horrible experience. Ordered a grill at the first of the month to be delivered on the 15th. At the last minute on the 15th I got an email that it would be delayed 4 days. Spent 2 hours trying to talk to someone to find a solution. Got hung up on several times. Decided to just wait it out. 4 days later still no grill. Contacted store. Initial call gets answered and hung up right away. Get through to be told it’s assembled and ready but they have no box truck to deliver it. Try to speak to a manager to find a solution, get put on hold. Hang up, find a truck to pick it up, only to call back and be told it’s actually not at the store it’s at a warehouse. And get hung up on again. I was hung up on by several employees. One employee took the call and immediately yelled for anyone else to take it because “she can’t do this today” and have the next employee to take the call hang up on me. This entire experience has been very frustrating and I still do not have the grill I paid for.

  Order was delivered fast, all the materials were in very good condition, the driver was very nice and professional. I also appreciate Lowes Rewards Program for giving me back cash coupons.

  Definitely don't come here for curbside. This is the second time they haven't done their job. It takes 20-plus minutes. Now I see why people just come and park in the curbside parking spots and aren't here for curbside. This location shouldn't offer these services, or they should fire the people who are supposed to be doing it.

ASM Latisha Adamu : “That’s what u get, take it or leave it!” My response, “I’m not uber, I’ll leave it and following up with the store manager next day.” Store Manager Leilia [the next day]: “I don’t want to help you.” My answer; “if u don’t want to help, that’s your choice; your not going to leverage helping me; to silence my complaint about your ASM Latisha Adamu.” *** Feel free to pull Audio & Video Log for Sunday [5/3/26] & [5/4/26] customer service.*** Shame on ASM Latisha Adamu: She thinks she’s a Tyrant KING; does not value customers. She boasts have Store Manager Leila in her pocket; so she can violate consumer rights and cover them-up. Suggest report to PA Consumer Affairs - Office of Attorney General; for all negative activities.

  Lowes is pretty standard everywhere. This location gets a 3 stars from me because as a contractor looking for materials the cart supply is vert limited. The blue carts used for contractors is almost non applicable as this location has what appears to be almost no carts available. Hunting the parking lot is your best bet before ever coming near the building. I've never found carts available near the building or inside. Its always out at the returns and your lucky is you get the cart you need because the 1 other guy inside shopping probably has it. Its almost feels like they were going out of bussiness with as limited as contractor cart supply is. This issue alone has me thinking perhaps going to the supply house is better.
