The staff was very accommodating during a hectic move and having to switch units for a bigger one quickly. The initial phone call to get the unit went extremely well. I am healing from being physically disabled and suffer chronic pain so they were able accommodate me to a unit that was most accessible which was huge help. At that time all I could do was push a cart and pull a wagon. I'm blessed to have family that was able to help and it was much easier on them as well. I love the remote access and the app is straight forward. The manager Andrew is very quick and responsive. Very professional.
They also take exceptional notice of units. For instance, I had to zip tie my door because I had lost the lock in the unit and didn't have the strength to do any more work. I received a call in the morning that the lock wasnt there and was asked if I was aware. To me that was a very positive question because they were making sure I knew there was a security issue. Had they not said anything and I forgot, someone could easily access my unit.
Luckily I just had to get a new lock until I was able to locate the original. They understood but that kind of attention for their customers privacy and security is something I have to give a special mention of. The zip tie was merely for me to see if someone unauthorized went in while I was resting and getting a new lock. Kudos for their diligence. Awesome place for storage.
