- DBDavid BresslerJul 31, 20261.0With all due respect to their reply below, I did call in after, and it was NOT addressed, and was told this seems to be a known "attitude" issue with a specific key employee. --------- One of the rudest businesses I have dealt with.I do NOT recommend, especially for residential if you need on site PM and service done. Just calling to ask gets you berated.
- JHjLh harrisJul 11, 20255.0I cannot say enough about the fantastic experience I had with American Power Equipment. I called in the spring to set up a pickup and repair of my snowblower. They told me that they would have to schedule me a few months out because they were focused on lawn mower repair. They got me scheduled for early July. It couldn't have been easier. Dave picked up my machine in the early evening and had it repaired for a very reasonable cost and scheduled for return by the following day. He spent some time on the phone with me explaining how to extend the life of my aging machine. The next day, he returned it to my driveway. Seriously, it couldn't have been easier. I am so grateful for their expertise and thoughtful customer service.
