  At the end of last summer, I used Xtreme Property Maintenance located in Wellsville, for a one-time property maintenance at the home I was getting ready to sell for a family member. Jessica and her husband stopped by to see exactly what I needed done and be able to provide me with a quote by email in a few days. I needed all the flowerbeds cleared out, there were several, weed whacking of some areas I couldn’t get to you with a mower, trimming the shrubs and trees to clean them up as well removing and disposing of a few bushes that were dying and taking some brush that had been laying here from being knocked down in a storm. Just a few days after the site visit, I received a quote by email. I found the pricing for their services to be very comparable, if not more reasonable, than other local property maintenance businesses. I reached out and scheduled a future date for the maintenance. When that day came, Jessica arrived with her team and checked in with me. They had a quick meeting, divided up tasks and got right to work. I found everyone to be quick and efficient - yet thorough and very tidy as they went. A few months ago, I ended up selling my house and purchasing that same home from my family member. I was just thinking I needed to email Jessica again to come back out and please help me fix what I let overgrow when I realized I never gave her a Google review like I promised! I can’t let excellent service go unrecognized. Thank you XPM, you’ll be hearing from me soon!

  When I first called them up for snow removal they where very helpful with trying to accommodate me. I now use them for all my landscape needs. They are extremally nice and easy to work with with amazing quality of work!!!!!

  We would definitely recommend Jessica & her husband for all your snow removal needs. They do our landscaping in the summer and do a fabulous job. We had a snow removal company lined up but they fell through the day of our first snow. Jessica and her husband fit us in quickly and had all our properties cleaned up before opening! They are the best priced snow removal services around! So glad we found this company and we look forward to working with them in the future!

  We have used Xtreme several times in the past year. For landscaping and for totally cleaning out apartments for renovation. They have always been professional, on time, and completely finished the work. Jesse is especially helpful if any changes arise and can make any necessary adjustments. Excellent company to work with.
