  We have had to wait over 45 days to have service again after a pump was replaced , only to find the tub was leaking. After finally getting a date for service, it was cancelled again. Wonderful product, terrible service department. Supposedly they came today while we were away but we have had zero calls or updates as to if the hot tub was fixed. We have had multiple problems with little help when something goes wrong. They have too small a service department to deal with multiple counties. Very bad business model. I can’t recommend them. The Washingron store is great but that is it.

  Buyer beware. If you have a chlorine system or a pool heater with copper DO NOT USE THE BLUE WHATEVER CHEMICAL LINE!!! While the staff are pleasant and the store is neat their lack of awareness to the pool system being used and the chemical degradation is alarming. They encouraged to switch from chlorine to a blue something line and utterly did not inform us it eats copper!! We ended up loosing our heater and having to not only replace it but our filter system as well. My family and I will not be returning to this store for our pool needs.

  Great service, knowledgeable staff, calculates chemical needed after free water analysis.
