  I came into the store as a nervous first-time pool buyer, and Tanya put me completely at ease. She answered all questions, was very knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I appreciate the time she spent explaining the pool components and install process to my husband and me. I highly recommend Tanya and Valley Pool and Spa in Washington, PA!

  Early in the season I was having trouble priming my pump. I called for an appointment for repair person and was going to have to wait a month. I stepped in the store to get shock. At check out was talking to store personal and they said if that was all it needed he could probably do it. He came out after work and in 10 minutes had it primed. They're awesome people!

  1st Salesperson was eating a sandwich and seemed bothered to help. I needed a new filter for my hot tub and a water test. She told me she didn’t know which filter I needed even though I had the model number and name from my Hottub. She suggested I save the receipt in case I needed to return the one I picked. 2nd Salesperson rang up the filter and handed me the results of my water test. She folded the paper and put it in the bag. When I got home, I ordered the suggested chemicals from Amazon. She never suggested anything for me to buy there. Unbelievable! No wonder stores are succumbing to Amazon. Absolutely no customer service at all!!!
