Employee (don’t remember his name but he had long dreads) seemed to be high and completely ignored me & was staring into space. Not the first time I’ve seen this with this specific employee but was definitely an unwelcoming experience with him & hope they get this taken care of.

Wonderful experience! The sales person Tanya was so very helpful when discerning through the process of buying a new hot tub for the first time, delivery was smooth and they are very helpful when learning how to maintain the tub.

I’ve been going to Valley Pool and Spa in Washington since I bought my pool from them in 2022. I go into the store often in the spring and summer for routine pool maintenance items and chemical checks. Every time I’m there, I’m greeted kindly and helped promptly. I’m really comfortable with the employees whom I see season after season. I really enjoy the friendliness and helpfulness of everyone there and just wanted to leave a review to say thank you and that their efforts don’t go unnoticed. 🫶🏽

My wife and I went in looking for a pool having little idea what we all needed but Tonya took us in and directed us in the right path and got us everything we needed with great customer service. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new pool to go see Tonya she’s amazing! Thanks again
