Lies, and a damaged 3800 refrigerator! Get it together, Lowe’s of Washington. I’d give zero stars if it were an option! Adding photos and a link to a better business bureau report as soon as possible. Do not get your appliances here! They promise 20% discount to get you to keep damaged products, damaged out of the box and damaged more bulky tired overworked delivery men at 8 pm on their 12th delivery. Manager walks back their offer, then I get a call that they are out of the refrigerator and will pick this one up for a full refund! The lying manager in Lahore with the distribution lady must really need his bonus to withhold the promised 20% discount!

Do NOT purchase appliances from Lowe's. The third party they outsource is a dumpster fire. Lowe's already knows this, they don't care and the customer service reps you speak to from Corporate couldn't care less about anything. The third party service was supposed to drop off a new oven and take the old one. They left the old one halfway in my neighbors driveway with the cords hanging out creating a tripping hazard. We paid for same day haul-away. Their excuse was that they didn't have enough room on the truck, even though the new oven has the same dimensions as the old one. They haven't been back to pick it up yet.

WE ASKED FOR A WEEKEND DELIVERY BECAUSE MY HUSBAND CANNOT MISS WORK. He arrived at my parents house very early (7:25am) anticipating their 8:00am to 12:00pm delivery time. He also broke down old washer and dryer in preparation for the delivery. Suddenly at 11:10 they called him stating they couldn’t make it because their delivery truck was too big for the roads in their town causing him to have to put it all back together and call the day a horrible loss of effort and time.
Many times I’ve seen their trucks driving around that town. It was raining and they probably didn’t want to deliver in the rain, despite how badly they inconvenienced my husband! Poor business practices!!! I don’t recommend this store! They better make this right!

I'm very dissatisfied with the customer service at Lowe's. The new manager did not know what she was doing. Made me wait to get an answer for a question. That should have been an easy question. If she had known the policy. I have never heard of a store not allowing returns without a receipt for unused items. My contractor purchased items that we did not need just a few weeks ago and misplaced the receipts. I asked to return the unused items without a receipt and I was told that it was against their policy. This is an unfair policy and I will no longer be shopping at Lowe's. I'll give my money somewhere else that is responsive to the customer.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
