  It was painless and very much appreciated having a price match on a John Deere S140 48" deck rider mower that I had purchased 2 weeks prior having no issues and Lowe's credited me $200 off of my price paid of $2,999 after presenting one of their biggest competitors month long Father's day sale of $2,799 for the exact same tractor. Thanks Lowe's!

  I had went to Lowe's in washington pa on monday(6-22) and bought a refrigerator, the protection plan, delivery, and removal of my old fridge. I got a text Wednesday(6-24) that my refrigerator would be delivered between 7am-7pm then today(6-25) I got a text saying it would be delivered between 9:30am-1:30pm my husband was home til 2 pm before he had to go to work, I work 9:30am-3:30pm they did not show up til 3pm in the afternoon I kept checking to see where they were on the tracker app so that I could leave work and be there when they got here I had my mom come over so they wouldn't just up and leave I pulled in 2 min after they pulled in. they spent 1-1.5 hours at every other house before mine and because they got here late they told me they didnt have time to wait 3 min for me to take the few things out of my fridge that I had in there because he was already running late as if that were my fault or problem. Told me that he could drop the new fridge off and I can hock it up myself and take my old fridge out and they can schedule another day to pick it up and I told them NO that was unacceptable i paid for it to be hocked up. The delivery guys could not speak directly to me and had to have a translator on the phone because he could not speak ENGLISH. He had my refrigerator unboxed off of the truck by the time I had most of my fridge cleaned out and said I'm not doing this and walked out of my house loaded my refrigerator that I already paid for back on the truck and flew out of my trailer park like a bat out of hell while my kids and others were outside playing. Now mind you I had my mom here waiting for them to show up so that there was somebody here when they arrived and I pulled into my driveway 2 minutes after they showed up at my house and because I did not have my refrigerator emptied before they got here because my husband left at 2 for work and I left work to be here so my mom didnt have to handle something that isn't her responsibility and I was not leaving my food setting out on my counters for an hour and a half to 2 hours because they showed up way later then the timeframe I was given. Called customer service for Lowes delivery and got every excuse in the book as to why there delivery driver acted the way he did instead of I'm sorry we will try to help you so I called another department that filed an escalation and told me I will still have to reschedule another delivery for another day which is now 4 days from now I will NEVER have anything delivered by Lowes EVER AGAIN!! The most disrespectful people I've ever met because THEY were running late NOT ME!!! Sorry if I've repeated myself it is all very frustrating and uncalled for!!

  Five stars, huge shout out and hugs to Arwen who was working in the garden dept today at Lowe's. She was trying to handle an item not having a price tag for a customer in front of us, then her phone/whatever work device thing not working, and a long line forming. Then another customer decided to walk up and tell her she should ‘really ask for help’, she told them that she did, and then the impatient customer walked away saying ‘yeah well..’ She was trying her best on her own and managing what she could with what she had, which wasn't much bc her devices weren't working at the time. Please try not to think about things like that too much girl. And you have a BEAUTIFUL name.

  They have everything you would need for home improvement projects. The only thing I don't like is how they treat lifetime warranties on tool replacement. You better have a receipt and bring the whole toolkit in, if you break a socket, bring the whole set in with you, not the individual socket. The days of customer service you would get from Sears are long gone. Lowes is good for home improvement and appliances. But get your tools from Harbor Freight.

  TERRIBLE. I'm done with Lowes. I also experienced significant issues ordering a refrigerator from Lowes. I order on Saturday May 23rd which stated a delivery date of May 25th (Memorial Day). The order was confirmed and a time window of 7AM - 7PM was given originally. The day of, I received a notification that the delivery window was 3PM - 7PM. I also received notification that my order was "out for delivery." I emptied my fridge, took it apart, took my door off the frame, and pulled it out of the house in anticipation of the install. 7PM went by. At 7:17 PM, I received a notification that the driver was on the way. A little while later, I received a notification that the order was rescheduled for Wednesday (not the next day, 2 days later). I spent the next 3 hours on the phone and was given the same treatment as the other reviewer. I was passed from Lowes to the delivery company and back to Lowes. I was hung up on twice, called back to get the same person who claimed that he was trying to transfer me. I refused to get off the phone without an explanation and at this point started recording the calls. After wasting the entire holiday, a Lowes representative finally admitted that the refrigerator was NEVER LOADED ON THE TRUCK. The next delivery was Wednesday and there was no explanation as to why it wouldn't be there in the morning. In that process, I asked Google Gemini if there was a priority support line. This must happen so often that scammers have fooled AI into giving fake numbers. The number given for Lowes support was fraudulent. The rep tried to tell me that I needed to purchase the service plan and give him my credit card. I can't imagine how many people have fallen for it. I was traveling for work that week and my son had to miss work to be there on Wednesday. That morning the crew arrived and started unloading the appliance. They stopped and said that it was damaged. The fridge was dented on both sides and had a large foot long dent on the front. My son called my wife who called Lowes. All they offered at $200 off of a $2,000 refrigerator with 3 dents! Zero compensation for the 2 wasted days. The next delivery date could not be until June! We went without a refrigerator for a week with zero regret or remorse or offers from Lowes. While still on the road, I contacted Don's Appliance of Pittsburgh. They could have had it there the next day. Not wanting to put my family in that position again, I asked for Saturday delivery. Don's Appliance was wonderful. They were there in the morning as promised. I could watch their truck on a map and was given constant updates. The install crew was amazing. The same fridge was in perfect condition. DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM LOWES. Go to an appliance store.
