- BMBobby McGeeMay 9, 20261.0Terrible experience at this location. I will never return to the Warren Lowe's. While the employees were pleasant, the store manager was a completely different matter. He was very ignorant, standing over the employees and scrutinizing their every move. He yelled at them for any mistakes they made, which made me cringe and feel sympathy for the staff working there. I attempted to return a washer that was damaged upon unpackaging. He made the return process extremely difficult and ultimately told me he couldn't assist because I was beyond the 48-hour return policy. The washer was purchased, but it couldn't be picked up until a day later, and apparently, that timing is significant when you haven't even seen the appliance. The policy starts from the time of purchase, which is utterly ridiculous. If anyone needs to visit Lowe's, I strongly recommend traveling the extra distance to Erie. The store manager at this location ruins the entire experience.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
