    Very nice Customer service! The air conditioner I wanted wasn't in stock so they were able to get one from another store so it could be delivered the next morning. I will be purchasing more products. Thank you!

    Renting to own from this location was absolutely phenomenal when Tracy was the manager and the older crew worked there. We never had a single issue. Unfortunately, that has completely changed. To make matters even worse, my husband had already spoken with Mason, who is supposedly the manager now, and they had already come up with a plan for when he would be coming in to make a payment. There was absolutely no reason for any of this to happen, which makes the employees’ behavior even more unacceptable. I was inside giving my youngest a bath while my children were outside playing with our dogs. My husband was in the very back of our property, which is about the length of a football field. I also had my niece and nephew over, and we live along a busy road. The first employee came to my house, knocked on the door, and then left. A short time later, he returned with another male employee and a female employee. After knocking on my door, the female employee actually tried to open my doorknob when I didn’t answer. That is completely unacceptable. I immediately asked her to leave my property. Instead of leaving, that same female employee and one of the male employees walked around to the back of my house where my children and dogs were playing. They entered my backyard without permission. My dogs could have easily run toward them and into the road, and as a parent, I don’t appreciate complete strangers walking into my backyard where my children are playing. Stranger danger is real, and no one should think it’s acceptable to enter a customer’s backyard uninvited where children are present. I told them they were not allowed on my property and asked them to leave. Instead, the female employee stood there with her arms crossed and said, “Go ahead and call the cops.” I have this entire interaction recorded on my security cameras, and I will absolutely be sending the footage to corporate. This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with a business. The difference between the previous management and the current staff is night and day. No customer should ever have employees trying to open their front door, entering their backyard without permission, and refusing to leave after being asked. I do not recommend doing business with this company. If you’re looking for a rent-to-own company, I highly recommend Hometown Rent to Own, which, ironically, is where Tracy, the former manager from this location, now works. Tracy is an absolutely phenomenal person who genuinely cares about his customers and always goes above and beyond to make sure they have what they need. This sort of thing would have never happened under Tracy’s management. Please be very mindful if you choose to do business with this company. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them to anyone.

    The staff is amazing! From the sales staff to the delivery staff we were treated like family. They went out of their way to help us find the perfect sectional for our new apartment and gave us affordable payments so we could buy our dream sectional. We will absolutely rent to own more in the future
