  SO DISAPPOINTED. I used Flores Lawn Service for many years, until George quit to start this new company. About a month ago, I recommended them to my neighbor & they cut down a tree for her. She said they were great. I then hired them to cut down my tree. First, they said they were coming sometime the following week. When they never came (or called to confirm), I called them the following Monday. They scheduled me for the following Friday, first thing. No one called or texted for confirmation on that Thurs. At 9:22am on Fri., May 1, after hearing nothing, I called them. Was told they had truck issues and would be late. A few hours later, I called again and was told they had to reschedule. Rescheduled for today, first thing. When no one came by 9:14 am today, I called. Was told they had other jobs before mine (remember, I was told I would be the first job of the day) and they would let me know when they could be here. At 11:04 am, they called me, then hung up as I answered. They immediately texted me that they had an incoming call they had to take and would call me back. I waited until 11:24 am and no one called back. I then texted to cancel the job. I have spent 2 mornings now, waiting and not getting scheduling confirmations. This is so not what I expected from Flores. I just now received a very professional and apologetic text back, which is nice, but I sure wish that kind of professionalism and communication had been evident during the last two weeks and this morning. The lesson I hope Flores takes from this is: Don’t Over-Book and Don’t Over-Promise. Understand your limitations. You just lost a longtime customer and any further referrals from me.

  Five stars and top ratings for Flores tree service and landscaping! The professionals did an amazing job taking down 5 trees. They were respectful of our property and cleaned up the yard nicely. Flores takes pride in their work. They were easy to work and are hard workers. I highly recommend Flores tree service and landscaping!

  The guys were very friendly and worked hard. They cleaned up all the branches. My disappointment is, i was told they would fix the ruts they put in my lawn. It’s been over a week and no one has come out yet. I took care of each man on the job. I would think they would remember that

  We hired Flores Tree Servise & Landscaping Inc. after reviewing a few similar companies in this area. By far, Flores had the best service plan and recommendations for our yard. As a certified arborist, Edgar made suggestions for the long-term survival of our plants, trees, and grass. He is very knowledgeable and will not steer you wrong. He knows what he is talking about and Flores provides great services and clean up after the work is completed. We trust their work and have hired the company for additional services in our yard. Our neighbors have also hired Flores after seeing the results of their work in our yard. Flores Tree Service and Landscaping has a work crew who are kind, hard workers, polite, pays attention to detail, follows through with your request and are trustworthy. Edger Flores and his crew are dependable, do excellent work, and clean-up is exceptional. We highly recommend them for any tree service or landscaping project you may have..
