Worst storage experience I have ever had. The storage spaces are tight close together. Environment does not feel safe nor is it. They claim to have cameras but I have had two incidents happen to my vehicle and the staff claimed to have not seen them or acted unaware. I stored a vehicle there. What got me was the online price it was decent. The price changed after I stored my vehicle there for a couple of months.My bad experience came with the on site manager, Tom. I asked the on site manager if he had a trash can and he was very unclear and told me he didn't have a trash can at the time. After proceeding to throw trash away in the dumpster, I had to pay a $50 fine. This was after someone had stole my hitch off of my vehicle and I had to make a police report. They told me nothing could be done about that. Mind you they supposedly have cameras. Also, my window was broken while storing my vehicle there. Very unprofessional , unsafe. I could have left my vehicle in a parking lot of a local store and it might of been safer!

Up until recently, I had no issues with Extra Space Storage. The facility is clean and seems to be well maintained and secure.
Unfortunately, my experience with the pricing has completely changed my opinion. When I signed up, I was required to pay four months upfront at a rate of approximately $180 per month. Nowhere in the paperwork I received was it made clear to me that this was a temporary or promotional rate.
As I approach the end of those first four months, I was just notified that my monthly rent will increase from approximately $180 to $280—an increase of more than 50% after only four months.
This feels like an absolute bait-and-switch. Had I been told when signing up that my $180 rate could jump to $280 just four months later, I never would have chosen this facility in the first place.
The facility itself has been perfectly fine, but I can't recommend a business when the pricing experience feels this misleading. I will be moving my belongings out of Extra Space Storage next month as a result.

Chose this storage place for location and cost but the real reason I'm so happy about my selection would be dealing with Shannon, the office manager. First of all, she is a real live person at the other end of the phone. She gave me the time and made suggestions for a space. Knowledgeable and courteous are her outstanding attributes. The day of our arrival she took the moving truck to the exact location and them found me at the other entrance and showed me where to go. Great customer service. 5 stars for sure!!
